All of a sudden a van on the right lane zoned out to what was in front of him. Traffic stopped in the right lane and when he realised he swerved onto the left lane. The car on the left lane next him quickly swerved to his left onto the side of the road. This all happened when it was pouring in rain. I was behind the left car when all this happened. Scary bit is that I was planning on overtaking the car in front of me at the previous lights.
