Link to where I can buy it for $5? Also the game is free on the basis you have playstation plus LOL.. So after the 30days.. you need to essentially pay for it..

Edit: I already have the game on xbox.. just interested where you can get it for that cheap

Im thinking about getting Infamous over dead nation now. Been tossing up and Infamous looks alot better. Dead nation looks to arcade-ish?

Yeah it is arcade-ish, its a top down shooter. Its okay for what it is, but i'd much rather have Infamous than Dead Nation if I had to choose.

Also getting free games is a genius way to help people forget that PSN was down for ages, I'll bet many people have already forgotten and are back in love with Sony for giving them free games. Especially those who have more than 1 gamertag and ended up getting all 5 games.

I ended up getting LBP an Dead nation. I dont see myself getting into dead nation much. LBP does seem a good laugh. Also got burnout, if you havnt got that get it!! Will be demolishing that over the longweekend if i can pull away from cod....

dead nation and Infamous here.......although i dont have the 7 gig that infamous needs...so ive picked it. but cant download it, and cant go pick something else.....stupid.

oh and i hope you all know that you will only be able to play Burnout paradise for as long as you have a PSN PLUS account. so you will either have to pay subscription after your free 30 days or, not be able to play it again. on that note, streets of rage is alot of fun. and will only have so much longevity in it anyways.

Update your HDD :)

I put a 500gb 7200rpm drive in mine (I only had the 40gb version so go figure) and its well worth the $90 or whatever the hard drive cost me. Have nearly every episode of top gear on the drive so I can just watch it off the PS3 :)

I Still have to get Infamous, keep forgetting. Is it really 7gb?

Burnout paradise for a month is better then nothing I guess.... I can see it getting old before then anyway

true true. is it really that easy to just put a bigger drive in it?? have been thinking about doing that, but assumed it was too much work.

i got all the Top gear too, but on my PC streamed to the PS3. havent needed more HDD space until now. think i did pretty well for the 40gig that it has...lol

Updating your hdd is very simple. Sony thought ahead and has an option to copy all of your data to a portable drive and then copy it back to the new drive.

Check out YouTube. There are heaps of videos explaining how to change it over. Takes all but 5 mins to swap. The long bit is transferring the data over.

Yeah as above. Very easily done

I had trouble with getting the playstation software on my new hard-drive for some reason. But all I had to do was download it from the Sony site to a hard drive and the plug it into the PS3

Its supposed to just download straight to your PS3 but as soon as you boot it up so not sure what happened with mine

I regret not getting Infamous instead of LBP. Dad downloaded Infamous and I have been playing it around his, pretty cool game. Will definetely be buying the 2nd one.

you can use the gameshare feature and get them all, i did.

    • Yeah and hence my ghetto way of slamming the brakes, get the ABS to cycle, rebleed seems to be a sensible workaround.
    • Hey! Happy to help. Nothing inherently wrong with the adapter, it's more so with Brett Collins himself. He gave me a lot of incorrect information when I was in contact with him and was extremely rude when I challenged him. He stated I could not use any aftermarket twin plate clutches except for his own, not to use the dush shield, bla bla bla and it was all BS.  Collins stated to cut roughly 14mm's off the housing, I took off 15mm to make room for the dust shield. I would confirm with whatever adapter manufacturer you're using.
    • There's plenty of OEM steering arms that are bolted on. Not in the same fashion/orientation as that one, to be sure, but still. Examples of what I'm thinking of would use holes like the ones that have the downward facing studs on the GTR uprights (down the bottom end, under the driveshaft opening, near the lower balljoint) and bolt a steering arm on using only 2 bolts that would be somewhat similarly in shear as these you're complainig about. I reckon old Holdens did that, and I've never seen a broken one of those.
    • Let's be honest, most of the people designing parts like the above, aren't engineers. Sometimes they come from disciplines that gives them more qualitative feel for design than quantitive, however, plenty of them have just picked up a license to Fusion and started making things. And that's the honest part about the majority of these guys making parts like that, they don't have huge R&D teams and heaps of time or experience working out the numbers on it. Shit, most smaller teams that do have real engineers still roll with "yeah, it should be okay, and does the job, let's make them and just see"...   The smaller guys like KiwiCNC, aren't the likes of Bosch etc with proper engineering procedures, and oversights, and sign off. As such, it's why they can produce a product to market a lot quicker, but it always comes back to, question it all.   I'm still not a fan of that bolt on piece. Why not just machine it all in one go? With the right design it's possible. The only reason I can see is if they want different heights/length for the tie rod to bolt to. And if they have the cncs themselves, they can easily offer that exact feature, and just machine it all in one go.
