3 mil is the footy show alone, and that was in 2009. In 2011 + Triple M commentary + endorsements + guest speaking roles + investments etc. etc. he would be closer to 5 mil a year IMO.

Lambo is chump change at that. Even on 3 mil it might be a quarter of your salary, but who needs more than 2.3 mil a year to pay for living expenses and luxuries...he's always been keen into cars too.
