Dumb bitch in a white Celica changes lanes in front of me without indicating as we approach a red light. So I change into the lane she was originally in, we both end up in pole position. I see her talking to her passenger like a drop kick, not watching the lights...lights go green...I take off sedately. She catches up and yells out "let's go bro" in imitation wog accent and then puts her foot to the floor. Then a few car lengths ahead she sticks her hand out the window to either wave in victory or flip me off.

I don't want her to live on this planet anymore.

Shoulder workout is not flash cos they are weak so it's smith machine 3 sets of 10 20kgs each side, overhead dumb bells 15kgs, front raises 7.5kg side raise 7.5kg also and I do the one I don't know name of start between legs and head down raise to sides I believe its for back of shoulder.

Sorry gym brahs not up with gym terms

As for supersets I think they are a better workout and does condense time which is good for me only really superset Chest and arm excersices

i cop shiz like this at lest monthly the last guy was in a vr/vs hsv ute thing im just chilling at the light he pulls up winds down his window and says how's this wog mobile go" and some other shiz about my cousins..but i didn't take off sedately haha he didnt say anything at the next set of lights...hater gonna hate

Had an old Holden ute behind me at the lights. Looked banged up, flat top tray, your typical old, tired ute.

Lights went green, took off normally and heard spooling, was like where the hell is that coming from?? Thought my 32 turned mohsen and was farked

Ute changes lanes and drops the loudest dose I've heard. Sees me with a wtf look and we both start laughing.

Had a push bike strapped on the flatbed tray as he moved on. Gave me the thumbs up as I turned off.

What are your goals mate? Wanting size or strength or an athletic body or?

The way it sounds at the moment is like you're doing too many shoulder exercises IMO, leave that shit to body builders and simplify. This will reduce your workout time and make you stronger. All you need for strong shoulders is bench press, incline press and military press. These are chest exercises too and therein lies your time saving...

yeh but my shoulders are letting down my bench press, like i know my chest could do more weight but my shoulders feel weak.. if that makes sense

just toning up really, should note dont do ALL of those when i do shoulders usually only 3 or 4 excersices

i do bench etc on chest days

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
