Well according to the Australian Federal Police, who locked my computer for looking at child pornography, I had to pay a fine of $100AUD within 48 hours to unlock my computer. If I chose not to pay within 48 hours, I would face criminal action.

Or I could restart in safe mode, delete the virus and reboot.
