Might have done it in a day.... now the only thing taking my mind off shit is sitting in my driveway dead lol.

Haha, could of have put in new clutch when you re-shelled...

Something fun to drive, no need for boring cars - can get keys to couple of them.

At the moment I've decided I'd like to look into GC8 WRX (better leave some cash aside for gearbox replacement/s).

I'm selling my ex-daily SSS in the next couple of weeks. I know there is a lot un-warranted hate for pulsars but lots of people come back to them because reliable, cheap and fun. I could have spent an extra $5k+ on a turbo audi at the time but lack of parts for the quattro, expensive sevicing costs as well as the pulsar being more powerful and fun to drive, have never looked back :D and now ive owned 3

Nah, now looking for a new clutch and anticipating its arrival will take your mind off it, then installing. Then braking it and doing it again

95, but it looks like a 99 :P

Ah, any mods done to yours?

Pulsars are nice pity SSS isn't turbo. Did thought about Pulsar GTI-R, but you get more value for money from WRX over GTI-R.

Get Call of Duty

solid plan

saying that, havent turned on my xbox for cod in about a month >_>

turbo back zorst and coils and thats about it

got some newer seats in it (bug eye or newer i think) which make it much better to ride in

*waits patiently for page 1997 to mention goldeneye*

almost lost control of the hilux in the wet this morning. people probably thought i was trying to drift. the shitty tyres, low rpm/high torque and the weight shift means difficult to handle. want to flag the tyres as a safety issue but the specs meet toyotas manual, so the fleet can buy whatever tyres that fit (even though these ones have terrible water-flow tread)

those RWD hilux's are fkn lethal in the wet...

My 96 would have to be O'l Pac gettin popped.... (edited to have a 96 that actually happened in 96 lol)

and my 97, the moment during biggie smalls' funeral procession when someone dropped Hypnotize from a ghetto blaster and brooklyn erupted

Anzac is in Thursday yeh? Sounds fine to mee

cool, yea Thur the 25th pencil me in :P but yea just the fronts and mainly the front right anyway

Seeings as you don't drink, can I get you a slab of anything else? coke? protein powder? lol

    • So either way it is gearbox out and look what is wrong? I know about the input shaft bearing. Even before swap/new clutch the it sounded exactly like this: So is that inout shaft bearing or the other was installed backwards? And can some please tell me the part number for that input shaft bearing? The gearbox is small box from R34 N/A and number is FS5W71C. Thank you
    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
