My point is negligence still occurred, be it a wrong tree or a wrong application form. Just because this time it was a dead tree doesn't mean it's fine.

And yes I live in Brunswick [emoji14]

The Greens are the worst, you can't in good conscience defend this sort of behaviour

In for this

But when I do a show ta kick some facts
Us blacks, don't know how ta act
Sometimes I believe the hype, man
We're messin' up ourselves and blame the white man
But don't point the finger you jiggaboo
Take a look at yourself ya dumb nigga you
Pretty soon hip-hop won't be so nice
No Ice Cube, just Vanilla Ice
And y'all sit and scream and cuss
But there's no one ta blame- but US

bahaha Q&A is awesome this week. it's just a bunch of people from all political parties sandbagging Pauline Hanson

Nothing more

She got a few claps when she called people out on their bullshit; entertainig as f**k.

That idealistic greenie in particular - suck a dick. Everytime Q&A features a greenie it's inevitably an appeal to climate change. What a cracker line "those businesses are ruining the planet" or something like that. f**k people are happy to bite the hand that feeds them.

The thing is, she is filling a vacuum created by Turnbull not being near enough a right wing conservative - watch her collect all the support from people who don't want immigration etc.

You can't suggest this is somehow Turnbull's fault for "not being near enough a right wing conservative"
The moronic shit she spews is far, far beyond anything the LNP stands for. Just because Cory Bernardi for example might agree on these fronts doesn't mean it's actually something that is in the party's mantra.

There will always be people left of the Greens and right of Liberal. It's not the parties responsibility to accommodate them as they are well in the minority

If Bolt despises him then he's probably not right wing enough. Obtaining a seat in the senate is hardly well in the minority and either party would be foolish to ignore the voter base who elected her, dismissing them all as right wing extremists. Hanson will have support from racists, but she will also have support from xenophobes (people afraid of Nick?) and people who are against immigration for other reasons. She will have support from people who are sick of Australian industry and real estate being sold off to foreign investment. The round of applause she got on Q&A when she suggested they need to create more jobs and kick start the country again...I'll wager if she can continue virtue signalling this stuff and appeal to fears of Australians, and doesn't do anything really stupid over the next 3 years...she'll be back with even more votes next time.

Also I wouldn't say she called anyone out on their bullshit, all she did was avoid the questions asked by oversimplifying issues and spouting tired old rhetoric

When asked about the one thing that wasn't Mulsim related (corporate tax cut) she couldn't answer as she has no f**king idea and went on about "we need to reign in the debt," "we can't keep spending" "we need to create jobs" etc etc

For the most part, these are the same people

There will always be a few independants that get the ultra left or right votes.... but look at how she polled in civilised society (not rural QLD) - FAR in the minority
It's just unfortunate that we have rural QLD voters who's views don't speak for the nation as a whole (however who's votes effectively do)

When you watch american TV and you see the inbred redneck stereotype from Alabama, that's effectively the people that vote for Pauline Hanson.

I didn't watch the full show as only caught the last 10-15, but isn't that what every politician who appears on the show does anyway?

I disagree - the left will brand them all racists, but consider voters like the younger generation who are struggling to get into their first home - all Hanson has to do is push the idea that foreign markets are largely responsible for this and she'll win support from some of them. People terrified of terror attacks or sick of Islamic segregation in western society - the numbers are growing. The left can say that is simply more and more people are being exposed as racist but that's pretty much their retort for anyone who disagrees with their opinion anyway.

Yes, but she was asked very direct and simple questions, and she literally didn't answer 1.

The last 1/4 was by far the least interesting. Watch it on iview.... The first 3/4 was amazing. It was nothing more than a complete sandbaging of that policy void knuckle dragger. Stacked questions and the entire panel jumping on her stupidity. Tony Jones was probably the least impartial I have ever seen him lol.

It was just a voyeuristic gore fest.

I felt sorry for the LNP guy who was genuinely caught in a very difficult spot as they don't know how much they will have to work with her yet.

Let me put it another way. People who are not racist/xenophobic, even if they agree with the above will still not vote for her due to their beliefs as there are better options. Ergo, the majority that vote for her are racist/xenophobic/uneducated.

The LNP are proposing to curb both those issues so it's not like there is no choice.

    • @Murray_Calavera  If I were an expert I wouldn't be in here looking for assistance.  I am extremely computer literate, have above average understanding on how things should be working and how they should tie together.  If I need to go to a professional tuner so be it, but I'd much rather learn and do things myself even if it means looking for some guidance along the way and blowing up a few engines. @GTSBoy  I was hoping it would be as simple as a large vacuum leak somewhere but I'm unable to find anything, all lines seem to be well capped or going where they need to be, and when removed there is vacuum felt on the tube.  It would be odd for the Haltech built in MAP to be faulty, the GTT tune I imported had it enabled from the start, I incorrectly assumed it was reading a signal from the stock MAP, but that doesn't exist.  After running a vacuum hose to the ECU the signal doesn't change more than 0.2 in either direction.   I'll probably upload a video of my settings tomorrow, as it stands I'm able to daily drive, but getting stuttering when giving it gas from idle, so pulling away from lights is a slow process of revving it up and feathering the clutch until its moving, then it will accelerate fine.  It sounds like I need to get to the bottom of the manifold pressure issue, but the ignition timing section is most intimidating to me and will probably let a pro do that part.  Tomorrow I'll try a different vacuum line to T off of, with any luck I selected one that was already bypassed during the DBW swap. @feartherb26  I do have +T in the works but wanted to wait until Spring to start with that swap since this is my good winter AWD vehicle.  When removing the butterfly, did it leave a bunch of holes in the manifold that you needed to plug?  I thought about removing it but assumed it would be a mess.   I notice no difference when capping the vacuum line to it or letting it do its thing.  This whole thing has convinced me to just get a forward facing manifold when the time comes though.
    • Update: tested my spark plugs that are supposed to be 5ohms with a 10% deviation and one gave me a 0 ohms reading and the rest were 3.9ohm<, so one bad and the others on their way out.
    • 9" wheels are a little too wide for a RWD 32. They can fit. People have put R33 GTR wheels on 32s for years and years. But they are a very tight squeeze. This has been known for about 30 years. As I said - there is no difference between a 17 and an 18 in terms of what will fit. The rolling diameter needs to stay about the same as stock - not very much larger. If you increase that, you will start to have problems. If you increae rolling diamater at the same time as yo increase width, you will have problems earlier. as 9" wheels are pushing the boundaries already, you would need to be careful with tyre choice. I would put 8.5s on the front of mine, but would expect problems with 9s.

    • Diagnostic flow for a code 21 says check signal at the ECU pins, on a voltmeter of some kind it should read 0.1V at idle, 0.12V cranking, 0.15-0.25V at 2000 rpm. Check each coil such that +1, -3 is infinite or very high resistance, -3, +2 should do the same. (-1, +3), (+3, -2), (+1, -2), and (-1, +2) should all be somewhere between 0 ohms and high resistance. If you trace the path from the coil pin all the way back to the ECU in the diagram the resistance you measure at the coil vs connected to the harness should be pretty much the same.
