Yeah I love those wheels.. If they were 1800 I might consider it in the future.. But all the ones I can find are around 3 grand lol... Far to expensive for my liking :(

yahoo auctions or Ebay. I got my nismos for $2200 with RSR semi slicks on them. Being ready is the thing, coz you'll run into a steal price whilst your broke as f*ck

yeah i ordered mine directly from work japan when the aus dollar was worth 100 yen. but if you go through jesse streeter and keep an eye out on yahoo auctions its possible to get a set for a decent price.

:/ cracked head ! - sorry man

shouldn't take as long as it has to buy one, fully service, bolt back on.

Hope that is all and there is nothing more......

You haven't even really run it in since rebuild. No wonder your cranky.

There have been a few delays. One of them was Nengun sent me the wrong cams . Now im waiting for parts again as im giving her a facelift... Will post pics when i get it back lol. I spoke to Ultimate today and they are expecting it to be done next week. Fingers crossed.

Stoopid mistake today

Came out of the servo and had to accelerate quickly to make the lights and avoid the cars coming up from behind.

Tramped it and got to the end of the rev range,,,,, went to change up gears,,,,, foot on clutch, grabbed gear stick to go up a gear ............................

car braked hard so suddenly during the quick shifting nearly smacked the windscreen with my head

That's when I realised - I'm in the freakin 34 - it's AUTO.

...(pushed hard on brake peddle thinking clutch - DOH !)

In all honesty, Having VERY LIMITED Auto Experience, I have done the same thing.

Scarey as all f**k and Extremely Embarrassing.

Although now with driving the Forklift at work, I have gotten use to the Auto and Braking with the left foot.

Would've been funny to see :P I'm actually really surprised I've never managed that tbh. I've GONE to do it countless times, but seems instinct kicks in when there's nothing below my foot where I expect there to be something, so the whole movement just ends up as a bit of a spasm most of the time lol

I had a serious accident because of that coming from Melbourne middle of nowhere. The car had a pedal handbrake sorta like a clutch on a manual. So going uphill I tired downshifting and booom sudden stop and the car behind me raped the rear end.

They should not make handbrakes like that no wonder you can never use that sort of car for a driving test.

    • Ok guys thank you very much. GCG highflow it is then 🙂
    • forgot to mention that when it does this it does not kill the engine, but I have not kept the pedal down long enough to let it, as I see no reason to beat up on it as its got to be something simple, small and dumb causing this.  And as soon as I let off pedal, the engine returns to its normal super smooth operation and rpms re-stabilize quickly, once below 4k.
    • neither stumble or cut really seem to be an appropriate term....hard to explain its like a rev limiter but at 4k, but it violently shakes engine and entire vehicle as the rpms will not rise over 4k, even with slow acceleration. as soon as it hits 4k, it sounds like entire spark is lost entirely. plugs were 1.1 which I used as such, but later put in new plugs gapped down to .8 changed back after issue arose when I replaced the coils, still does it with either plug gap...damn and it was all running so good.
    • Oh how times have changed! I actually lean it out relative to my water/methanol injector duty cycle. The methanol adds a lot of fueling and you can then lean it out even more due to reduced knock.
    • Yeah my thoughts are the same, a well thought out WMI setup, would be slightly ahead of just straight E85 and you're also chemically intercooling the charged air, dropping it even further. This is why you need to add so much more fuel as soon as you spray. I remember someone taking me through their set up before (Dennis, has a R33, lives around Cabramatta - no idea if he's still around on this forum). He would target AFR 10:1 on 98, then as WMI ramped on, AFR would lean back up to 11:1. Amazingly, he did this all through his PowerFC, a relay to cut power to his EBC solenoid if there was not enough line pressure on his WMI kit. And of course, if there wasn't any boost made above gate pressure, you wouldn't be accessing the load cells with heaps of timing for WMI. One downside to that rudimentary setup, once the WMI came on, the EBC would unleash the dragon, and of course all the timing. Tyres would fry lol.
