  1. But dat engine, excellent fuel economy and Edward lees low k's. Bargain buy
  2. Does this mean nistune is considering M35 development?
  3. Second hand will also end up costing you more in Labor/time to unpick/cut/prepare them for fitting. Just another thing to think about but if you really need the inners it's probably the only way to go.
  4. barp barp bump 100 dowlar + post, cheap cheap.
  5. @Dose pipe Sutututu can you check if intima Sr is available in dB 1346. Apparently it will move the material of the pads in around 5mm so it doesn't hang over the edge of the disc and use more surface area. Let me know your findings. Cheers.
  6. Thanks Johnny. Pads are good so far. No squealing at all and good bite especially once they have a little heat in them. 3 weeks from now they'll get a good work out at sandown and I'll write a proper review of them after that. If they're no good, I'll send the lebs out for your blood[emoji12]
  7. Minor update. Killed the brakes at Winton a few weeks back. I had qfm a1rm on the front and hpx on the back. The fronts where on the indicator and the backs on metal, oops[emoji3]. I am now going to run the intima Sr all round. Hopefully they're a bit better. I had some new rotors in storage but decided to sell the fronts so I can get some 324mm discs with calliper adaptors instead and i used the rears I had. I grabbed some hfm adaptors for the front and they bolted straight on without any grinding or other modification other than reshaping the stone shields. I have left them in place because I plan to run some ducting in the future, so I'll just cut a hole in them and run the piping onto/through them. A couple of pics of end result. back
  8. Mine made 260 on 98 and over 300 on e85.
  9. Sold sold sold[emoji12]
  10. It will be much better than a standard op6. You will need to have your car tuned if u want anything decent out of it. Otherwise you can run it as is at say 10 psi untuned and it will be ok and perform roughly about the same as your op6.
  11. 2.5k?
  12. Is this gtr or gtst? I would either use more clutch and bring on boost before totally jumping off it or set up a 2 step. In my gtst with 312kw I've been able to get better launches with more clutch rather than the 2 step. I've only got a small high flow turbo though, so I can bring it onto boost off the line quite easily with good clutch work. Awd is another kettle of fish altogether but I don't see why the same method wouldn't work.
  13. With the adaptronic, there is an adjustment for additional idle effort for steering. You will most likely need to adjust this value up or down until it becomes stable. A slight increase in revs when the wheel is turned is desirable. If you don't already have the software, get onto the adaptronic website and download it.
  14. I saw the yellow one there last week. I had a good look as I have the red one too . It is steel and has a longer low profile body but the minimum height is a little higher, maybe 10-15mm. It also weighs a fair bit more.
  15. Want to see comparison with -5's. LOL, only joking. It would be good this time if the bullshit comments are kept to a minimum and maybe another thread started for bw only dyno results. Just so there's a place for chit chat and one for results. The old thread did lack results. Just a suggestion. Carry on[emoji106]
  16. Do not use hfm bmc. Im not sure if anyone has had success with one but a lot of people have had major issues. The only parts they sell that are any good are their brake calliper adapters for R33 and S15. Just about everything else is junk unfortunately. I recently bought some of their calliper adaptors but wasn't game on trying out their rotors. LOL.
  17. Everyone knows how much you loved those things?

    Hola

There is a plug on the side, that is the oil level plug. Pull that one out and check the level by sticking a finger in there. If you can't feel it right there, it needs oil. You can then work out how you're going to remove the drain plug.
  19. Your location would help someone to point you in the right direction.

    Hola

Hey mate, welcome. Before you go changing gearbox, you may want to check how much oil is in there. Mine used to crunch into fourth at high revs and it turned out there was only 2.5 litres of oil in it when there should be 3.6 - 3.8 litres. I changed the oil and refilled with the right amount and the box has been beautiful since. Worth a try before you go to the effort of changing boxes and obviously the cost of it too.
  21. Just noticed his original post says he is using bcp7es, not bcpr7es. If that's correct that would be the no resistor version. Could that be his problem?
  22. Welcome. Looks like it's turned into a serious build. Nice collection of parts there. Should get you into the 11's easily[emoji106]
