  1. bump up the idle RPM to around 900~1000rpm and run it pig rich
  2. it's more so it's missing or not supplying enough fuel because it has fallen off the linear scale.. try blanketing more injection across the map in the temp setting menu
  3. do you have a wideband & data logit connected to the car? I also have a handheld wideband kit I can help you out for 2 cases of beer and make the car driveable to your favourite tuner
  4. run E85 lol will need higher pulsewidth to get things going
  5. speaking to the converted
  6. Ecu is fine, it's those injectors. Why did you choose them over 740 Nismo ones? Instead of worrying to much about the deadtime just start adding in fuel on the idle part of the map
  7. I would think this is a rudimentary way of achieving what a VNT turbo is doing. Ideally would work but would be prone to failures Seen heaps of YouTube clips of it working
  8. Add more fuel on your injection map, use a wideband to achieve close to stoich. Those sard injectors are dinosaur tech and have massive dead times.
  9. 15 minute job to readjust any odometer
  10. Hahaha like how the visor goes down because of all the smoke and crap flying around
  11. Omg did you not read anything? Irrespective to what is set on the CAS the ECU won't show what's set. It will always think it's 15 even though the CAS has been dialled to 30
  12. remove the bottom splash guard, jack up the car, crank it bottom up
  13. ^ yes Use a thin long rod and place it straight down, rotate the motor clock wise by hand till Cyl 1 is TDC and check marking on the crank. I wouldn't randomly blanket timing onto the motor, it's asking for some smashed ringlands
  14. I've order new pintle caps & seals for these as well. I will fit matching pintle caps & install new seals on these injectors.
  15. you should also note it fits: R32 GTS-t R33 GTS-t VL Commodore R31 Skyline
  16. what are you trying to achieve? what mods do you have? if you're running the stock turbo, why not just settle for a remap from Toshi? - will net you close to 200kW with around 0.8bar of boost.
  17. or just buy a Z32 ECU with a Nistune daughterboard on it OR contact #toshi and ask him to send you a remapped ECU to suit your stock-ish car - will run heaps better and you won't hit that nasty rich & retard bullshit
  18. Stock ECU has ignition ramp to stabilise idle, thus when TPS is at 0.45v aka throttle off.. closed loop idle/o2 is enabled - this is why on a stock ECU when you're trying to set your base timing you'll notice it jumps all over the shop. PowerFC I believe does not have ignition ramp to stabilise idle, so there's no need to unplug the TPS to set base idle and/or the base timing.
  19. Thanks to the dimwit on Gumtree who wasted my time. I've now removed the injectors for no apparent reason. Unfortunately the future prospective buyer will be unable to see these injectors running
  20. Looks fine, however with logs with a wideband connected to it will easily show you what's going on. It's hard to say what it is and not doing because the load axis is an interpretation of TPS and AFM voltage
  21. 6x 1200cc Injectors, OEM rail and OEM FPR available Still in car running, will remove this Sunday. Please come before if you would like to see them in action and enjoy the beautiful sound of my gate 1x new 1200cc SOLD
  22. I already said I would send you all the measurements and parts required Patience Scotty lol
  23. Best to pull out box & gearbox in one go - loads easier, and if you're tight remove the A/C compressor and cable tie it aside but leaving all the hoses attached (so you don't need to regas the system), do the same for the power steering pump as well. Unclip all the sensor plugs, etc.. motor out done.
