  1. Hey guys, Spread the word. I'm selling my awesome little Yamaha scooter. I was riding it to work, however I have moved office locations and I need to drive much further everyday. Will take 2 people, still registered as 50cc. I can cruise at 85km/h (I'm 100kg) and if you want to go faster, just buy a bigger carburetor. Miles times better than the cheap Chinese scooters that are everywhere. Has enough storage for 2 cartons of beer, 8 boxes of pizza pockets and a tool box Well modified by the previous owner, heaps of money spent. I have just put another 6 months rego on. I've always run it on motul 2 stroke oil. Yamaha Aerox 50cc. Quality Italian made Japanese Scooter. Water cooled, oil injection two stroke, twin discs, gold brembos - Paoli fork model. Malossi 70cc big bore kit with 19mm carb, Gianelli carbon fiber tuned pipe, race CDI and coil, Malossi variator and drive belt. Genuine Yamaha top box and mount. HID head light. Excellent tyres. Nothing to spend. Done aprox 2500km from re-build. $1500.00 Consider swap/trade for items/vehicle of similar value. Will do good deal for cash monies. PM me or call: Justin
  2. It's veeeery expensive to do properly... I've only ever seen a couple of good conversions. Id say you wouldn't get much change from 8k. Cheers Justin
  3. Just for future info, my deautschwerks fuel pump was a straight drop in and plug in... (s2 c34) Cheers Justin
  4. Buump.... Engine built, now broke Will consider all offers. Cheers Justin
  5. Any chance we could build it 30m x 400m? Sounds great, it's good to see someone is pushing some development in Tassie for motorsport. Cheers Justin
  6. I'd look at buying them for the right price...
  7. Toff... 4.3 is fkn awsome in a 32! ( especially with a dirty 30 and a t67 )
  8. Pipe size is all good... alot of this is going to be up to what mufflers you choose to run and or/ any sneaky reducers the manufacturer chooses to put in there. There's not too many true 4" exhausts off the shelf for a gtr.
  9. Hey Jay... didn't like my catch can??
  10. After looking at that video, it doesn't look like your getting enough rear droop to zero out your ass end after the initial launch... Spring rates, compression and weight transfer looks pretty good though. I'd hate to see the car start getting sketchy in the top end for the sake of marginally more traction (that you may not need). Must be a blast to drive! Justin.
  11. Ross has been manufacturing the ballancers with the wrong belt spacing....
  12. I went backwards with running + camber in the rear. My final settings were around -.5 rear camber, slight toe in rear, but my cradle had a few tweakes aswell. Front end was -1.5 camber and a fair bit of toe (to minimise the torque steer). I also removed my rear swaybar from memory. Cheers J.
  13. Loose the 'super cheaps/sparks' coil packs and get some splitfires or oem coilpacks. Go through the usual wiring checks and upgrades. Make sure you gap the plugs down to .7mm I personally didn't go with an HKS dli... It's a bit gimmicish. Cheers Justin I went to a cdi unit.
  14. I don't know about Hectic... but i hope my twin L2's are scary. Why not buy real ones... I have mine for sale for under 2k with new cores. ... mine did, 400rwkw on 98. Not really lazy though. Ha ha ha ha..... true true.
  15. ... there's an ombudsman for that.
  16. Maybe get back to why you want to run so much static CR? On a 25/30 a few points more CR isn't noticeable... I've had a 25/30 around 8.4:1 and it was noticeably torque-ier than the 25 bottom end it replaced. New pistons took the same motor up to 9.4:1 and there was very little.... if any difference. Generally, a smaller turbo will make more heat, require more boost and create more back pressure/egt for the same hp... At the end of the day, what would you like from your car? how much hp will get you there? what turbo is best matched to your engine for the power goal? The turbo selection will make the biggest difference difference to your power delivery and potential. The old school NA v8 3C's (cams/compression/carbies) have a much smaller affect on power delivery/potential of RB's than you might think. Cheers Justin
  17. http://www.deatschwerks.com/products/fuel-pumps/dw300-in-tank-fuel-pump I have one in my daily stagea... very easy install, straight plug and play. Cheers J.
  18. You want straight... or fast? At least take the factory wing off... I found a nismo lip was the best balance. Cheers J.
  19. Ha ha ha... who can say glazed bores.
  20. This continues to amaze.... the ultimate 10/10ths approach. Thank you so much for sharing, the pictures tell alot. Those of us who can read the language of these images... amazing. cheers Justin
  21. You might find if you loose the rear diffuser (especially the winglets) you'll pick up a few mph in the top end... Cheers Justin
  22. Bump.. Pretty keen to raise some cash for my engine build. Cheers Justin
