  2. a while back i got noise epa'd on a quiet twin tipped oval 3" muffler in blitz season... cleared it and made up stock looking straight pipes 3" to twin 2" tips loud as, pulled over multiple times and not an epa as it all looked stock....

  5. the 100 cell venom 3.5" cat can be had cheaply off the venom website, more so then ebay.... also can use clamp on zorst couplers for cheaper then flanges on the cat

  10. i just use a bit of pine timber as a measuring stick to slide under the car, think its 75x35 and just off cut a bit to nail on top in a T shape =11cm or so your legal by far.
  11. get a big washer from bunnings and space out the bottom mount or get a longer bolt and use more washers.... if yours is an auto/auto converted to manual ( r33 rwd rear strut )
  12. if your tuner has nistune license and software as most others do, its about 200 for the nistune board which is all you really need

  14. i need to look into those stainless injectors in the future. just figured out my pump didn't have enough pressure to make the injector work so got it sorted now delete thread
  15. yeah i do know how it works, just stuffing around on a cheap motor no one?
  16. so i'm just stuffing around with straight water injection on the spare daily( 97 lancer). electrics ain't my strong point so i've seen youtube injector cleaning videos and tried resistors etc to no avail how does one get an injector to fire without running it on the ecu? thanks
  17. car could be slightly bent, look out for uneven castor from the wheel alignment print out
  18. takes less then 10 mins to swap over and yeah about 3-8 degrees of duration difference although i wouldn't trust wiki for solid specs

  20. think its slight lift and duration difference which might cause power band issues, seeing that your after as much power as you can get out of it . should just rack them out of the broken det
  21. rb20de+T will work well for response... drop in det cam shafts as they are different... adjst cam gear advance intake and retard zorst will net you more response. intake mani- the ones that bolts on top of the factory one are bent to be better due to longer runners, although the ones like greedy one piece will hinder power/response due to shorter runners hypergear aint doing too bad, check out the ss range
