  1. I make 290rwkw with the factory GTR 440s, 260rwkw should be a cake walk
  2. We're at -/+$1.20 atm where most of what I saw there was $1.85, though the best I found was at Whangerei for $1.59 so that's where I filled up on the way back to the airport I did see a nice two tone blue and silver R33 at Kawakawa, a nice yellow R34 4 door on the way to Kerikeri and a white R35 with the plates STIG near Kamo
  3. The -9 idea sounds the go, what's involved in that and can it utilise the billet wheels Also an idea on pricing, PM if needed I have also posted in the Kando thread about fitting the 20.5g TD06SL2 onto a RB26 manifolds in twin form
  4. Less then $100 difference, why would you buy the Kando Do you do this or can you do this as a bolton for the RB26 running in twin form, like the Kando do with the TD06L2S-20g ?
  5. No, they are however the only 3.4 RB kitYes Yes You got IMO the best off the shelf RB30 stroker, Nitto 3.2 FTW Edit: refresh before posting
  6. I have a pair of -7s, one of them has slight damage to the comp wheel, the edges of the fins are rounded off, do you have a billet comp wheel that can replace these of the same size, I also want to have the factory .48 rear housings I have fitted to them I am lookng to track only my 32 next year and want to replace the factory turbos while only losing as little response as possible while being able to run 19-22psi on the track without them blowing up Alternatively I have complete stockers if you have CHRAs that can be fitted to the factory housings
  7. Wouldn't fitting a 71mm comp wheel to a GT2535 just make it a GT-RS ? And don't they work a treat on RB25s for response ?
  8. Though I have seen a fair few skylines, mostly R34 4 doors There are heaps of imports here, a lot of stuff we don't get in Aus
  9. Just flew over for my nannies 80th and my god you guys are paying drug money for fuel
  10. I have no issues with drivability with mine, it shifts perfectly fine I use the RP stuff because when working the the BSM GTR team they had a group of oils tested after blowing a few boxes and the RP came back the best and they stopped losing boxes after changing to RP, though that was Gearmax in a PPG dog box Post up how you go with the RP when you do it If you want ideas on different oils look at the Supra sites, they have had the Getrag box a lot longer then us
  11. I little over 10k and 5k of that is with 450+awkw including two trips to the drags, a day at SMSP-S and two hill climbs so far with two more at the end of this month The RP Syncromax was designed for use in the Getrag, the Supra version which is nearly identical to the R34 one
  12. I use RP syncromax in mine, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use a gearbox additive in a Getrag Try buying the Nismo oil and see how much it is
  13. Looking good Pete That is the same adaptor I used for my RB2630, its a good choice as it locks the girdle and block together better Hopefully not long now mate
  14. Yeah but was she driving a Ford Focus, cause female by herself doesn't mean much, but female driving Ford Focus in V8 club ( unless HSV has a car that's not a V8 ATM )is what makes it lol for me
  15. For me it makes no difference, I know a few girls that could easy out drive most of the guys I know ( me included ), but how do the big V8 men feel about been beating by a girl in a 4 banger Ford Focus, especially given she entered through the HSV club
  16. I had to LOL at the fastest HSV club driver being a female in a Ford Focus
  17. Yeah but adding revs and boost with cubes is where the big boys play This, soooo much farkin this, if they have a clue they would copy the OS 3.0 deck height
  18. Which chip was it, cause I'm looking for one for my Rodeo
  19. Lol, the difference between a girls car and a mans car is a girls car leave you giggling like a school girl and mans car make you stand infront of it scared to unlock it, my old turboed Corolla always left me giggling when I would punch it I have said this for quite a while now, the big singles have the tech edge ATM and its doubtfull someone will make direct bolton twins for the RB26 setups, though a set of 6258s in direct bolt on would be nice on a 3.0, my theory of tech for tech twins are better still remains and always will cause I have seen it first hand
  20. I do, in the RB30 dyno thread, but the RPM scale isn't correct and like I said earlier, dynos lie or/and can be made to lie, you want a true idea/indecation of response look at ET v MPH This is way I go to the drags after I do a mod cause ET is a good indication of setup MPH is good indication of power to weight ET v MPH is a good indication of response And while all three will effect each other, when looked at each individually you get a good idea of it Edit, Scott also said it shows it ramp up later then reality cause he had to do something about it spinning all 4 on the dyno, I'm not sure what he did just he said it is slower to show ramping up
  21. Meh... Come for a run in either of my laggy twins a see what lag isn't
  22. That single turbos and GTS-4s are slow, yeah I'd have to agree with that
  23. That looked like a lot of fun To drag launch a GTR you really have to hate your clutch And a few thousand more RPM
  24. Sorry Paul I can't remember Matts setup but unless the -5s where setup properly with all the right breathing mods then that is a miss leading result as the single would have custom manifold, custom intake, custom dump and front pipe that are purely designed to make that turbo work to its most effective efficiency So unless the same was done for the -5s its not a fair comparison Arh yes Micko, but in your opinion the lancer is a mans car too lol
  25. Haha, maybe, doubtful but maybe, but twins will get you there quicker
