  3. this man knows, he has taken -5s as far as i've seen from anywhere and the power you are stating you will out do his result, just stage 2 cams, thats two of the big ones right, harry good times yeah
  4. less then 10 posts i play nice after that all bets are off what Josh has said is about all there is to it, you just need to know exactly what size parts you need to make your power goal then purchase fit and tune, done
  5. I have evo 7 seats here i was going to fit to my 32, not a bolt in afair was going to be custom rails
  6. the first mod should be the search function in the top right corner of this site
  7. I know don't remind me, I'm still kicking my self I left the phone in the car, so about the same time mine should be ready for a run, got the email today about the Syvecs so hopefully that will be on its way by the end of the week
  8. which brings up a good point when are you going to race it or let me borrow it one wednesday night I'll be gentle,I promise
  9. the GT2868HTAs for GTR work out to $3071 plus postage ATM for two you gonna step up from the -5s ?
  10. I see a nail and a hammer an the two coming together
  11. Exackary, that why i dislike type Bs, lift gives power duration gives rpm working range duration gives power up top by allowing more air speed at high rpm where lift gives power every where by giving more air flow
  12. If the change was same setup to same setup and the only change was cams then it would been interesting to see the difference I've seen on my 34 the difference from going to type Rs from type Bs and it was a fair bit, same peak power but every thing happened 800 rpm sooner give or take
  13. I'll see if I can find a pic of one, I think it is close to but not quite factory location, it comes with a manifold for the turbo to bolt to that I think replaces or extends the factory manifold This is a bolt on kit and comes with every thing needed to bolt on except waste gate I've never owned a WRX I brought this kit just for the turbo but a class rule change saw me go back to NA
  14. If your in sydney look at the cams Paul has from UniGroup
  15. Yes correct, except for duration is crank degrees, it would 260 crank degrees
  16. I have a new Trust/Greddy TD06 20G L2S turbine kit to suit GC8-GF8 WRX complete kit minus external waste gate kit is worth $4500, I paid $2000 without waste gate I want $2000 firm pickup from western Sydney due to dump pipe I would rather note do postage
  17. what Piggaz said
  18. type B poncams are a pet hate of mine, IMO to much durations for the lift they have couple that with -10s on a 2.6 and it is never going to perform well no matter how good the computer is motec back to a PFC ? strange move
  19. mint build mate, to bad you live so far away i would love to see this in the flesh my 32 does this, its because i turned up the fuel pressure and haven't had a cold start tune done to correct the extra fuel in the "cold" map, sounds like it needs a tune
  20. which 260s did you have ? would be awsome if you have before and after dyno charts to see the difference between the two cams ?
  21. IMO if you had -9s or -7s id say go stock cams or type R poncams but the -5s would benifit from the higher airflow, you want high lift-low duration cams and i think these are the pick ATM
  22. tomei do a 260 x 10.8 http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Tomei-Procam-for-Nissan-RB26DETT-R32-R33-IN-EX-260-10-8mm-1421260108-1422260108-/170943348394?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27cd047eaa
