  1. Jap is always best in some eyes. ??‍♂️
  2. Having done this exact conversion myself, 8374/1.05 all day. A dyno sheet only shows show much, actually, throw the bloody thing in the bin. 8374 to -5’s is much more than 300 rpm difference, more like 500-700 rpm not to mention the zing under the foot once you put the twin butt plugs in the dumpster where they belong. Transient response difference between the two setups are night and day... ALMOST 1/3rd the time, the winner going to the 8374. This was shown by logs off a mates car who also went between these two exact setups on a 3.0. Thats something that is not shown on a dyno sheet with a WOT loaded run. Having also been in two different cars (2.6/baby vcam/-5’s and 2.6/baby vcam/8374), the 8374 would destroy it EVERYWHERE.
  3. Hi guys, I have a brand new Borg Warner EFR 8474 alloy supercore for sale. It has only been unboxed to take photos. Location is Kogarah Bay NSW. Buyer pays postage. Price is $3000
  4. https://www.rhdjapan.com/nismo-super-coppermix-twin-plate-competition-model-clutch-kit-r32-r33.html scroll down. They’re the same part.
  5. http://www.kudosmotorsports.com/catalog/differential-front-quaife-helical-qdf3l-suit-nissan-skyline-p-1777.html Buy this. Put it in. Enjoy. Stock front diff belongs in the bin.
  6. Any idea if he has done an 8474 yet?
  7. Turbo selection cost is a drop in the ocean compared to setting up the rest of the car...
  8. Why a 9174 when the 8474 is around? ?
  9. Have you sorted out your exhaust issue yet?
  10. Whatever a reasonable limit is for a stock SR20 bottom end. Don’t forget the gearbox is made from glass so that’s a grenade waiting to explode. All in it should do somewhere between 400 and 420 kw on E85, on a roller dyno.
  11. Turn the one on the comp cover up as high as you can. That should do the trick. ?
  12. https://www.evoxforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=273897&amp=1 that guy there.

  14. 2.8, GT-RS, 270 @10.25, e85, jap exhaust ?? 2.8, -5’s, 270 @10.25, e85, twin 3 inch 2.8, decent head, -5’s, 260 @ 10.85, twin 3 inch 2.8, decent head, 8374/1.05, 260 @ 10.85, e85, 4 inch 2/8, decent head, 8374/1.45, 260 @ 10.85, 4 inch
  15. And when it had the “correct” number of snails it drove the worst and made the least amount of grunt. God that setup was woeful!
  16. ? i can assure you the car won’t be there.
  17. Update. Bought some new wheels...CE28N SL’s in 18x 10.5+22 wearing 295/30x18 AD08R’s. Might put them on in the next 3 months then push it back in the garage and whack it back on the trickle charger. ?
  18. A Quaife front diff should come in the passenger seat of every GTR. One of the best (and relatively cheap) mods you can do to these dinosaurs. You think you can get on the power early now Benny... get one of those in and giggle. ?
  19. You keep asking this question Benny. It’s going to be the same power as any other -7 car before it or after it, it just will be. Is you exhaust decent or is it a Japanese Samuari nugget? 330 kw at 24 psi. I’ll buy you a car of piss if it goes north of 340 kw at 24 psi. With no cam gears it’ll be late 4000’s/5000 rpm to reach target boost in 2nd. How it drives sub 5000rpm now, it’s not going to change too much. A little bit not much. Is what it is mate. ?‍♂️
  20. You haven’t even scratched the surface, whipper snapper. You’re in for a world of butt hurt with your wish list. ? A look into the future after you get the next invoice.
  21. I’ve driven it once this year, owned it for 12. Time for a change I think.
