  1. It should be people my age who should be restricted to timed-compensation restrictions - not the children. They're skewing it the wrong way round. Q Whay are they doing this? A Perhaps because 'grey power' can vote - children can't.
  2. Had a client yesterday who heads up Personal Injury and Workers' Comp Claims and she says referring to one of the articles above, that for any arrangement between insurance companies and to appease government urgings to reduce CTP premiums, there will need to be severe time restrictions during which beneficiaries can receive treatment/compensation. Thus the above reference already about a time limit for children...

  12. I don't control the subject. On the Footy Show, the hypnotist did control the Channel 9 crew. If the subject can get immersed into a book or movie, he/she will be good at reaching a hypnotic state > good chance of recalling info. If the subject has poor cognitive skills or ADD, he/she will not have the ability to get immersed. I don't mind doing the occasional pro bono, so long as the client is motivated - otherwise it's like pushing sh!t uphill. Tis a very interesting profession + rewarding.
  13. My Mum has a Disability Card for her car. One day she parked her car in the Disabled Parking bay without the card in the window > got a ticket. She went and saw the local MP. I think it was the State MP > she fixed it.

  20. So do you have this person's name? > do you have his/her contact details? > now that you've reported it and have an event #, will that person furnish what he/she knows now? > can this person remember much? > if the witness can't quite recall salient points, (eg towie's rego#), I'm happy to do a hypnosis session for free.
