  4. Yep I did exactly the same thing mate, just mixed it into some scitec lean protein, I had awesome energy for workouts and it gave me a massive pump. I used glycoject for carbs, and beast creature for creatine... expensive but damn it's good stuff
  5. I found creatine and straight carbs to be the best supplements, I always bought the expensive stuff and I saw real gains! I did lose a few kilos once I stopped taking them both but I also lost a noticeable amount of strength.
  6. Make sure your battery and earths are good.. That's given me heaps of troubles before with my attessa

  13. so in other words the old battery was shit and had dropped a cell, like stated before 11-12 volts means its probably dropped a cell.. A good battery will have an output of around 2.2 volts per cell, so 13.6 in total. You must remember RB's are very sensitive and will play silly f**ks with you if you don't have enough voltage

  15. To the OP, is there a way to turn the v cam off so we can get a back to back result? has anyone done it with a NEO as well?
  16. What evidence? If you know it all already then why come in here asking.. U called it a oil drain cause that's what you thought it was.. Don't get all tied up around the axles if you learnt something. I myself use to think it was a oil drain, until one day I pulled the hose off and there was bearly a drop of oil in the pipe. Then I did some research and discovered it acted more as a crankcase ventilation. So don't waste your time with these fitting.. Just hook your cam cover breathers to a catch can and run another fitting from your catch can to your sump higher then your oil level. Worked fine for me
