  1. you bring bog, i'll sort the paint a second hand straight door will probably end up on it tho, painted to the right colour the ding is pretty decent and its right on the crease near the handle
  2. http://www.pulstar.com/pdf/modified_April2008.pdf worth a read, i'm considering getting some when i have the funds available
  3. sounds good everyone will have to ignore my door damage tho still haven't had it fixed
  4. Bump Negotiable on everything
  5. my mate who works at supercheap tried to get some but the supplier they use said he has none left and won't be able to get any more
  6. anyone got the link to that rwd procedure (the one that you can leave the front driveshaft in)
  7. at the rear of the gearbox is a 4 or 5 row chain that wraps around the exit shaft the chain runs into the transfer box where it meets the front drive shaft between the shaft and the chain is a series of clutch packs which are designed to slip al little (a bit like an auto box) when some power is needed up front, the pump adds pressure to the clutch packs and some of the torque/power is transfered to the front wheels the max power to the rear is 100% and when the clutch packs are fully engaged the torque split is 50:50
  8. thanks for the prompt reply, i read through the last 5 or so pages but i didn't note the date on the replys 300kw is a long term goal and maybe i might end up going a 25/30 to help lug the stagea around maybe i'll hold out for the bb core to be completed, if i get a highflow it'll be limited by the stock ecu and injectors till i can afford some aftermarket items
  9. wow, bit of a shitfight going on in here mostly posting to subscribe how long until we can expect to buy the ball bearing version? i have suspicions that my turbo has seen better days and i was hoping to get it highflowed over summer, what would you recommend for an rb25neo that has to move a stagea about daily? long term i'd also be happy with 300rwkw too
  10. i won't be back for the sau day so i'm happy to do another day
  11. BTW guys i'm negotiable on prices it must all be sold b4 the 7th of november
  12. http://www.boostcruising.com/forums/index....entry1286423807
  13. wish i had read that i just bought the one on ebay should be here soon, it uses a stepper motor too and the switches should fit where the headlight angle controls are
  14. pull the cas out and turn it round while the key is set to on you should be able to hear the injectors fire off 6 times per rotation which end of the state are you at mate?
  15. had a reply back from the guy on ebay should be about $200 which sounds more reasonable to be (especially being a uni student and all) and should be a case of plugging a few things together and away you go
  16. a good oil will also go dark b4 a shit one thats because its cleaning out the deposits that form in the engine from general use
  17. my throttle has the 2nd factory mount so i don't think it would be hard to set it up
  18. shouldn't cause them all to foul what do you mean by the plastic insulators?
  19. yeah but if it gets stuck on your probably on a highway you wouldn't really be using it through twisty roads
  20. it'll probably run ok buy be uber rich i put a safc on my 32 and turned the mixture right up and it still ran fine (+20% fuel) and sounded smoother but sounded like it had bogged down a bit see how it goes, if they foul again then its something to look at could have been that when you were installing the f-facing plenum the injector seats were off or the o-rings no longer fit
  21. clutch in? engine off clutch out, brake => all good
  22. supercheap will special order you in anything for a pretty decent price thats how they keep costs down and ensure that nothing sits on the shelf for too long they can also get most tein, exeedy etc parts too autobarn don't have the buying power of supercheap and i'm pretty sure supercheap don't stock ryco any more
  23. pull the plugs and coils out, disconnect the cas and crank it over watch the plug holes for any vapor, because the cas isn't connected the injectors shouldn't fire but if you see vapour coming out there is fuel getting in = injector seals i'm guessing that its a s1 here = same injectors as r33's which sit in the fuel rail and fuel flows around them unlike r34/s2 injectors which have the hose on one end you may need to get the fuel rail machined or just get new seals
  24. or keep the stock pump as a lift pump at low pressure the stock pump is gonna flow a heap more but swirl pots are totally different to just running a bigger in tank pump
  25. hope this is still going when i get back in tas for uni... 32 days to go a good place to meet is the newish shops near the carrara markets, 2 mins to the highway, decent size but no food late at night
