It sounds like your trying to cut a double din slot in your bose dash. If so good luck with that. What are you going to do with the aircon controls on the dash? -
M35 W/bose - New Head Unit But No Sound, Help Please
Tommy Kaira RL replied to malialipali's topic in Wagoneers
Why dont you just bypass the amp and run new speaker wires. The new unit will have a better built in amp anyway. Otherwise you will convert it to low then back to high where sound quality is reduced each tine you convert. -

V35 Skyline Aux 'factory' (?) Cable
Tommy Kaira RL replied to chrisl09's topic in VQ Series - V35, V36 & Infiniti
There is an aux in the boot where the tv tuner is. You can plug your phone into there. You will need the special nissan lead. It has the yellow, red & white RCA plugs on one end.- 5 replies

The sound will keep playing when the hand brake is released. It is only video that is cut. Also you will need to do more than earth the handbrake. Unless you plan on driving under 5kmph. There is a speed sensor wire to cut. It is behind the DVD rom. The best way to remove video block is to get it done programatically.

We must be lucky in Adelaide I can drive from north to south with no problems. We can see the Tv transmission towers from Mt Lofty just about anywhere in Adelaide. It helps if you have line of sight. I aldo got it for the usb and play a hard drive full of kids movies. Plus it has 3 video outputs. Which Ive connected to dual monitor headrests. Keeps the kids from fighting in the back seat.
