  3. do a full 3" turbo back exhaust with highflow cat. That'll get the most out of it. But you MIGHT run into R&R

  5. according to trojan (i havn't been out there again yet) the pump at nicholls is on. and trojan also sell the good stuff now too. But I'll stick to the pump juice
  6. yeah i took the gamble and lost... gonna try for warranty on them now

Thats exactly what i did. $10 scrap exhaust bend from an exahust shop. cut the bov return and oil breather metal return pipes off (about 30mm cut off) turned them around and welded them onto the exhaust bend, then 2 small hoses (about 80mm) long to join up the now cut bov return and oil breather.
  8. yer def coilpacks. I've been getting this one too, It'll drop a cylinder randomly at cruise and sound like a wrx. and won't boost either... BUT MINE ARE 6 MONTH OLD YELLOW JACKETS!
  9. They sound like a real lottery. Some people making great power and can't complain (including me) and some just won't touch them... since I've already bought it and running it, I ain't gonna go switching it out for a bosch. If I got a good one that's up to the task of 300rwkw on e85 then I'm stoked. But I'll always be keeping a very close eye on my wideband when giving it a hard time...

  11. I'm running a walbro, making somewhere in the vicinity of 270+ rwkw I've yet to do the hard wire (will be done in the next week or 2) and running seimens deka 550cc injectors... The highest duty cycle I've seen according to nistune so far is about 40%

  13. I'm still trying to get my head around the whole thing. would this setup be incredibly laggy? givin such a long intake path, espicially with an intercooler in there... And would there be a major change of exhaust pressure to spin the turbine due to the increased distance from the "bang"? But then the gasses would have cooled down considerably before hitting the turbo...

My money's on the actuator. because when you ran unlimited boost you got to boost cut off... meaning you hit 16 psi very quickly. and unless you have hooked up some sort of external air compressor into the actuator line it SHOULDN'T open that much with only 10psi But for some reason the tension of the actuator is tight anough to give you "unlimited boost" (ie. strong enough to hold the gate closed against the force of the exhaust gasses) But when a small amount of pressure is applied to it, it opens up real easily... Weird I'll get my high pressure one to ya and give that a hit

  16. Yeah it's so cool. Gonna come in real handy in the next couple of weeks when i start using E85, Yay! also On the drive home today Nicole passed a whole hour away playing "Worms 2" (the old pc game) on the stereo
