  1. If its not tuned for it, it wont run. You'll be totally under fuelling.
  2. It's actually Jacks car - JAGR33 But yes 10.5 wont be a problem with 265s provided the ride height is useable. I was runnng 285s and didnt have issues with CE28N or Wed SA90
  3. Go find a better tuner. Everyone else seems to be able to tune accordingly without any issues what so ever.
  4. You should really go read the water meth thread, everything you are asking is covered in it. And no, it wont magically bring on boost 500rpm sooner
  5. When talking about trim, you talk about the area of the actual wheel Garrett have basically everything you need on their site. Some really interesting stuff even for intermediates. http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/wheel_trim
  6. I suspected some of the usual suspects were involved with that
  7. WA does not have one. All state sections will be merged - it was meant to happen a few months ago but there have been delays due to Prank being out of action etc. So use the WTB section that everyone else does, and in time it will all become one.
  8. For Sale threads do not get removed, in fact very rarely do any threads get removed. This is so people cannot get up to dodgy business, and making it this way has lowered dodgy dealers significantly
  9. Notifications by and large, are not working correctly - it is a known bug - listed in the "BUGS" thread. Please read it. When it's fixed, it will be updated there.
  10. Mechanical switches, google it (and spend the next hour reading). Interesting stuff
  11. Well given they are not Garrett GT series wheels (look like T04 wheels from the good old 1970s), and likely not ball bearing either... So fine for a car that lives about 5000rpm most of it's life - terrible for a car you would intend to drive on the street.
  12. Nothing wrong with shimming the diff/rebuilding to nismo spec, plenty have done it before. Just sucks if you have the A-LSD, but sounds like you don't - so rebuild away and be happy. Cheap as well.
  13. Your harsh ride if your own cars problem though - decent suspension setup and a GTR is a dream to drive on a lot of roads, mine was You just have to know the area you are going to, what times you are likely to encounter lots of traffic etc. Also remember up around the Spur there is always a heavy police presence. You could be doing nothing wrong and still end up being "inconvenienced" by a "random" inspection.
  14. If you buy 5, you might get a discount
  15. High Octane is more expensive (as a comparison). Given you are spending a small fortune on your motor, whats another $400 for a proven piece of equipment?
  16. If they are only making 2 pit stops a race, i cannot see how such adjustment would have such a major play (which it clearly isn't).
  17. More worried about where the stains are. Inside or out... One is repairable, the other is not (to a point)
  18. Is there something missing from that article quote? Says about a tyre "trick", yet says nothing of what it is... And given their tyre wear is really no better than anyone else... Is it even working?

    Sau Swap Meet

Ok Micolour/Mick = happy to host the Swap Meet. Shop is in Cheltenham, and a good location in terms of people being able to spread out to bring down what they have. Unsure of the date yet - will have to be a Saturday. Will also look at doing a BBQ and what not as well
  20. Any higher res photo's of the lenses?
  21. There are B&B's up in Halls Gap, you can even rent houses/bungalows etc if you want to go with a few people. If you do go, do the big climb through the mountains near Halls. It's a bit of effort but the view from the top is something else
  22. Grampians. Half the drive is shit boring though (word of warning).
  23. Yeah my G15 is just about due for retirement... I'll be going Mech as well. I have a Dell SK-8115 @ work, uses rubber dome switches. Lasted my daily abuse of it for 4-5 years now (and i type a LOT). I also have 2 spare hidden away just in case it breaks or they want to refresh me with our new gen of HP gear (which have rubbish keyboards). For a $20 RRP Mech keyboard, i am might impressed with it.
