I do have a lot of love for BN - I consume a kilo every 10 days or so! Finding a weird thing with the current WPC where it mixes awesome with water, but fairly meh with milk, especially the Coffee flavour. Opposite with the WPI though.

Got Generation Iron, still haven't watched ,as the waifu refuses to watch it with me. Might watch it at work so I can have my colleagues ask me why I'm watching dudes in speedos lol

On a positive note, the gym manager has told me that liquid chalk is fine with their insurance company, but no regular chalk. Apparetnly it was a fine layer on the floor that caused the fall. Whether it's true or not is a moot point I guess, at least it means I won't have to find $2k just yet for a home setup.

Currently at 80.10 kg, should be good for a 79.99 tomorrow.

I'll be aiming for 4 x 122.5 for bench, 135 x 4 for squats and 170 x 4 for deads.

I've got my warm ups all planned and have got 20 min per lift to fit it all in.

Should be fun.

Still waiting for my copy to arrive grrr

For what it's worth, the BN coffee flavoured WPC tastes f**king amazing. I'm really impressed with it, given these kinds of flavours are usually hit and miss. Apparently has decaf coffee grind in it hahaha

Well guys and girls. Started a new job recently. 12 hour days 21 on 7 off. Up at 430 every morning and on the bus at 530 and than get back to camp at around 1830. The mess hall is only open till 8pm which doesn't leave much chop for a workout( not that I feel that up to it ). Any suggestions to re motivate me ? I seriously am struggling and cannot take any stims or I won't be sleeping that nigh

I'd fill my macro intake entirely of oats, choc WPC, sultanas, and peanut butter if it were healthy lol. Would go through so much WPC though! hahaha

Could just sneak in some vital greens to make up for vitamins....hmm...

I've had the WPI coffee flavour and I reckon that tastes really good in water or milk, could only imagine what the WPC tastes like :woot:

Well I'm back from 2 week holiday and after having used 2 diffeent gyms while I'm away I have this to say.

- Gym's are expensive, $14 - $15 per session, man that would add up, obviously you get it cheaper for yearly.
- Sharing gym space is shit. Finding plates and waiting for stuff is annoying - would be better if I learned to other exercises for the same result though I assume.
- Why are you staring at me you weirdo...
- I enjoyed having access to a few different leg machines for leg work without straining my back.

- Gym showers are awkward places to be.

After doing a session last night at home... #HomeGymMasterRace

Thought I'd join in on this thread..

Currently 90kgs and the goal is to gain muscle, before going onto a strict diet/new training program.

I have just switched up my routine and train;

Chest Calves

Back Abs

Legs Calves

Shoulders Abs

Arms

Bit of a struggle to push out consistent weight and reps as it depends on how big of a day at work I have had.. I aim for 5 sets of the main muscle of that day/what I think needs it the most and work my way from there.

I have come across Evogen Stack which I want to give a try.. it includes a pre/intra/post. One of the supps in a carb loader.. does anyone have experience with this?

And does anyone have some feedback for Cellucor products?

Anyway, thats me for now

Don't mean to deter you from posting in the thread, but...

You train calves and abs twice a week, but shoulders, back, chest and legs only once? And you have a whole day devoted to arms?

gooby pls

    • Jack the back of the car up, pull that wheel off, pull that sensor out, and put a bore scope into the hole to inspect the outer casing, see if anything looks damaged before you pull the whole thing apart.
    • Ergh... So I pulled the speed sensor out again and the tip was shiny so I think it's rubbing the bearing. The bearing contains the magnets for the speed sensor so I think when the first sensor broke it damaged the magnet ring on the bearing.  This is just a Google image, but there is a hole going to the bearing. So when the tip broke off the old sensor I'm guessing it fouled the bearing... As the magnet is only protected by a plastic cover it would be easy to damage it. So I guess I'm doing a bearing again.
    • My thinking is that if the O2 sensor is shot then your entire above described experience is pure placebo.
    • Here is the mess that I made. That filler there was successful in filling dents in that area. But in the middle area. I can feel dents. And I've gone ocer it multiple times with filler. And the filler is no longer there because i accidently sanded it away. I've chased my tail on this job but this is something else lol. So I'm gonna attempt filler one more time and if it doesn't work I'll just high fill primer the door and see where the issues are because guidecoat is of no use atm.
    • Ok, so I think I sort of figured out where I went wrong. So I definitely overthinked it, and I over sanded, which is probably a large part of the problem. to fix it, I ended up tapping some spots that were likely to be high, made them low, filled them in, and I tackled small sections at a time, and it feels a lot better.    I think what confused me as well is you have the bare metal, and some spots darker and some are lighter, and when I run my finger across it, it' would feel like it's a low spot, but I think it's just a transition in different texture from metal to body filler.    When your finger's sliding on the body filler, and crosses over to the bare metal, going back and forth, it feels like it's a low spot. So I kept putting filler there and sanding, but I think it was just a transition in texture, nothing to do with the low or high spot. But the panel's feels a lot better, and I'm just going to end up priming it, and then I'll block it after with guide coat.   Ended up wasting just about all of my filler on this damn door lol
