was a group shot done with the 33 and 34 GT-R's that i can see reflected in the first pic?

Well spotted.

Yes my 33 GTR (white) and a bayside blue 34 GTR were in a few of the photos in Part 2 of the photo shoot article on the gtrblog.com website.

Don't want to offend but does the R34 look more outdated than the R33 or even the R32 now?.....could be me! Great shot anyway....has hit my desktop.

no no the 32/33 look very very old now, well kept 34 still looks ok

i was thinking the same thing from that shot. The R33s are looking dated now (but in this shot it looks better than the R34), but a modified R34 still look fine.

can everyone else see the pics cause i cant lol

Thanks for picking up on that lol.

I have to announce that GTRBlog.com has officially got its own beefy server in a highly redundant datacenter in the US and has moved there as of 45mins ago I guess. The site is live though but it might take your respective ISP's DNS cache a few hours to clear out before you can view the pics from my site again.

If you want to see the pics sooner you can maybe try running "ipconfig /flushdns" from your windows command line but it might not help things.

I reckon the pics will be showing properly soon for everyone as I can see lots of traffic in the logs.

As much as I'd like to I can't take any credit for the colour choice, that was up to the ultimate owner. To be honest when I first looked at the brochures the titanium grey was down the bottom of my choices, but after seeing all the colours in the flesh now I'd say it's in the top 3 for sure. :D

Yeah, i always reckon that the 33 looks better than the 34. More wider and chunkier. The 33 ages more gracefully whereas the 34 is too squarish and robotic.

Anyway, nice pics but it would've been better if you had arranged them side by side next to each other and taken front, side and back photos so that we can more clearly see the size difference of the 3 models.

White and red are my favs :)

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
