I didn't say I was going to buy anything worth that price I just meant it's easy to spend that much on 2 guitars and amp rig. I've got a mate with an $11,000 guitar

At this stage I'm just going to buy a cheap amp for gigs (~$1000) and borrow my singer's Strat or Tele.

Luckily I can use them on recordings too One day I'll buy my own decent guitars. At this stage I just can't justify it.
