ye, well I'm not about to go and buy 2 more TE37s just for the sake of offset, though I think I'm going to have a problem when my ATTESSA is working again with having staggered fitment anyway blah

You should be fine!

why not? once you have jap rims, then secondhand jap rims are a freeforall... just sell 'em for the same price as the next set you are buying

if you're using spacers, make sure you get the washers on them to stop them moving around and they won't mess your wheel balance up. if possible get ones with hub bolts, they're "safer" than just slip on's and don't move around at all, but you'd need a 15mm+ spacer for that, which might be too much.

but yeah, nothing beats choosing the right wheels with the right offset.

too much effort haha, yeah I'd never use slip ons, an R33 here had a wheel fall off due to having fark all thread and having the wheel nuts come off LOLZ.

Here's a pic to show fitment as it is currently :

Rear looks decent and could go more low!

your talking about slip on spaces hubcentrics bolt on to ur existing hub and give u 5 new threads so you do not lose any thread and if his wheels fell off with hubcentrics then a retard tightened them.

deff need to sort out the front and slam that tractor. john deere reprezent!

yeah, rear is fine. front needs a little more out... 15mm to 20mm? then roll the lip on the guards and drop it by just under an inch, should leave minimal gap, you don't have to run stretch tyres, shouldn't have scrapage on lock or over bumps... but it'll look tough. probably will get defected for height though cos the bottom lip of the front spoiler will drop under 10cm.

alternatively if you don't give a fuck, then do this:

18x9.5+15 front

18x10+20 rear

near perfect fitment for R32 narrowbodies. maximum wheel width, no fouling on suspension, and with a roll, no scraping.

thats AWESOME!

wheel sizes noted :stupid:

is that yours?

lol nah, mine's 6 different colours and runs stock GTR wheels atm... one day I'll get off my arse, fix the ABS system that's causing the front passenger side brake to permanently clamp on, and paint n panel it and throw on some wheels.

or I could sell it as is and drive the camaro when it gets here.

seriously cbf with the skyline atm.

lol what size tyres are those?

Im running 17x9 +30 with 255/40's and no chance that will tuck under the guards with -0.5deg camber & rolled lip

hehe that does look sex, I like my ride height lol, no scraping on speedhumps or police attention for me! I actually like it that height, no scraping on speedhumps or police attention for me, and if I park too close to teh kerb, there's about 2mm of clearance to the front spoiler lol.

I would have thought that if I get the fronts to stick out further, that I'd have trouble with it fouling on full lock etc ^_~

As it is, the exhaust just clears 10cm, don't really have much fine adjustment re height, the coilovers are only circlip adjustable! More concerned with handling tbqh.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
