I also can't believe the fia are f**king with the rules in the middle of a season. All teams new the rules and built the best car they could within those rules. Changing the rules and enforcing that change mid season is unfair and anti competitive. If they think there's a problem by all means announce a rule change now but to be implemented next season so that everyone can design their new car with that in mind.

That's a fairly likely scenario. However if Webber leads Vettel through the first lap he has a very good chance of breaking his duck this year.
