Ha Ha thats hilarious, personally I find that my glock fits well in the side pouch for those times

when my drive thru breakfast at Hungry Jacks is just taking too freaking long, and when they

really cant get their act together I just pop my boot lid where I have my AK47 nicely mounted

so I can bust a cap............

America...........Fu^k yeah.....

They are bloody crazy...

There's a forum I was looking at once, can't remember which one. They had a thread titled "Home protection" and these guys were absolute nutcases... The majority of them had MULTIPLE guns, and not just pistols, fully automatic guns like AK47's, MP5's etc, etc. They would have about 12 guns loaded and hidden throughout the house, and another 45 locked up in the gun closet. Absolute madness.

I would LOVE to see a shootout during a home invasion in which a stupid redneck that thinks he's ready gets to utilise his artillery. How the HELL could they seriously think that they'd have the opportunity to run through the house using up all the ammunition in all of the guns they have lying around is beyond me. They seriously must think they are some fictional war hero. If it came down to it, the one gun would be all that's necessary, because they'd either take out the person invading their place, or get taken out themselves. It's like they are living in a movie.

The majority also slept with their pistols under their pillows... Idiots.

In Australia, only bad people have guns, in America, everyone has guns.

It's legal where they are from, I don't see a problem with not living in a bubble wrapped society, America's so called gun problems do not stem from the possession of the weapons themselves, see Australia Circa before gun reform after port arthur.

Your saying Mr. and Mrs. Smith wasn't real?!?!?!

gotta be strapped dawg or youz ain't ballin

Lol if I was being pounded 24/7 by their awesome media propaganda machine I'd believe men with beards are coming to get me too.... and this only a couple decades after getting over the commies were coming to get me

I am loving the retail bargains at a buck ten though so keep borrowing that 540k per minute to keep the war machine going and the public in a constant state of fear

lobbyists in the US are going after their rights to bare arms state by state (which was originally included so the public could overpower an oppressive government) so it's only a matter of time before they ain't packing no more

The US is an entirely different culture and in some ways this is normal for them. Different strokes etc.

I've been shooting with one of the guys in that thread and in no way is he insane or even out of the ordinary. Just a GT-R lover living in a gun loving society.

Just because it's 'normal' there - doesn't make it right. Reading that thread (and othes like it, you should see some of the f**ked up weapons some of those guys have) you just know most of them are living out some childhood fantasies owning some of those weapons. It's just ridiculous. I wouldn't post this on the US forum, they mostly ignore non-US people as it is, they would have a fit if anyone tried to comment on their gun laws. Just look at their homicide rate per head of population, it's up their with some seriously screwed up countries.

It would be interesting to see the the Homicide rate per head population in Australia, pre gun law and post and compare this with the united states.

Not sure it's all about guns and gun ownership.. it's probably more a long term cultural condition.

You do the right thing LSX-438, pack all that firepower under the 'hood'

Imagine if one of their little kids or a neighbours kid or something got in a GTR with a loaded pistol floating around in it. Something we cant really comprehend over here...thank god

Gun laws come in, death by guns go down and death by knifes go up. True genius really.

different culture.. thats pretty much all I will say. when I lived in Texas you had a right to bear arms , a right to carry (with licence) and a right to shoot if you were in your own home and in danger of being shot. (self defence in other words)

there are some that go overboard a bit but when you walk into a shop and think about knocking the till over you tend to think twice when there is a 9mm glock pointing back at you.

guns require common sense. you put the things well out of the way from young hands and usually leave them empty with a clip out of reach from small hands.

I had a 9mm glock and at one point a 410 remington rifle. the glock was kept at home hidden but I could get at it fairly quickly if I had to. the rifle I had as a kid when I lived on a farm.

the other thing to remember about guns and the USA - you are TAUGHT to shoot one in yr 7 at school in country areas. I was. handling a 12 ga shotgun was a misson at that age but I learnt how to use one.

I like to own one of those semi/auto shotguns (Saiga-12 or AA12) with the 20 round drums.

glock with a modified clip . there were a few nice pieces shown there as well.

I remember the guns at the Ferny Hills K-mart in Brisbane. This was about 20 years ago, 22 or 23 years at the most.

America's homicide problems isn't just to do with guns. It's the high crime rate in general most likely due to conflicts arising from the large economic divide between upper-middle class and poor.

Very typical to have high crime rates in countries with large socio-economic divides. You can also find a significant correlation between areas within countries.

The higher crime rate due to this social divide may actually be the reason people feel they need guns. So a catch-22.

Compare with the larger social nets and taxes of UK, Australia to dampen the social divide.

    • When you say your cams are 272/262 is that 272in and 262ex?
    • We're arguing semantics. I am saying 45 accel and a 55 deccel ramp are "2 ways". Even a 45 degree ramp and an 89 degree ramp is "2 ways", because it is literally... two ways. The cusco 55/30 ramp is a 2 way. It's two ways. I get it though - in normal nomenclature a "2 way" would be 45/45 or 55/55 or 60/60 i.e the same locking in both directions. And something like 45/65 would be considered "1.5 way". I would then say if we're getting into the nitty gritty then every locking diff is a "2 way" diff and we should not speak in 1.5, or 2 ways but ramp angles instead. Which ofc if one of those ramp angles is 90deg, that side is not doing any locking. :p So Nismo don't obviously sell 3 things. The fact of the matter that they only sell two items really goes to show that there's a 2 way and a "1,5 way" which is really a 1 way. I believe the actual lockup for the 'adjustability' of the GT pro is really just setting preload for when the ramps actually start locking up. It's not changing how much 'wayness' there is. It is (somehow) horribly explained. People just buy whatever diff and go "locks up good bruh" and that's what ends up on socials forever.
    • No, you're wrong, and you've always been wrong about this. The Nismo has 2 sets of openings. One is a real 2-way, and the other is a 1-way. There is no 1.5-way possible with the ramps that they offer. A real 1.5-way does exist. That Cusco stuff I posted is a prime example. If the forward drive ramps are, say 55°, and the overrun ramps are, say, 30°, then you will get about half as much LSD effect on overrun than you do on drive. It is real, it realy works. OK, you're slightly right. The Nismo has 55° and 45° ramps on the 2-way, so it does offer less LSD effect on overrun. But, I think that just means that they've (probably) sensibly established that you do not want actually equal LSD effect on overrun. You just want "quite a lot, but not quite as much as the drive LSD effect".
    • Just wanted to unearth this and post my baby with the new front ❤️😝 Took her to my wedding rehearsal today. Next up is getting wide skirts (after wedding)
