This is where the mixed vibes come from, I was really on the fence after your reluctance to get rear pods...

Luckily you bought a silver Evo so we're cool again.

Have you chosen what Black rims you'll be getting?

You mean like the tastefulness of silver on silver. Or better yet, white on silver.

Or do you mean get my stance taste on and get something Fluro?

let the photos do the talking

What wheels?

It was good enough for the z tune, it's good enough for me.

As much as I love RPF01s they dont look nearly as good on a silver car.

I realise this is all subjective, but there's a fairly large consensus behind the silver on black brigade.

Example.

That's a lot of cash to drop on wheels that look like a factory option against a light colour car.

Contrast is nice. Your own example illustrates this.

The work bronze is nice. Would be good if it were a readily available colour as I love my enkei's.

I wish rpf1's didn't look so gay in Evo size. But the spokes go all convex n shit.

Sooooooo..... I'm probably getting the sister wheel, the PF01.

    • haha don't worry I'm sue you've got more fun ahead buying a 30 year old turbo car....but at least you are in the right place to ask
    • some days eh? The keyless entry and interior light on/off with the key will be controlled by the Body Control Module, but I'm not certain where that is or what it looks like (you might get lucky with a search to get a part#, which could be printed on it). I'd start at the A pillar/ Under dash/kick panel on the driver's side
    • It might be hit and miss, but Nissan Genuine Parts and Pitworks are not the same thing, although both are available from Nissan Dealers with Nissan Part Numbers. Nissan Genuine Parts are the OEM stuff, Pitworks are their attempt to get people back from generic parts makers
    • I did end up getting it sorted, as GTSBoy said, there was a corroded connection and wire that needed to be replaced. I ended up taking out the light assembly, giving everything a good clean and re-soldered the old joints, and it came out good.
    • Wow, thanks for your help guys 🙏. I really appreciate it. Thanks @Rezz, if i fail finding any new or used, full or partial set of original Stage carpets i will come back to you for sure 😉 Explenation is right there, i just missed it 🤦‍♂️. Thanks for pointing out. @soviet_merlin in the meantime, I received a reply from nengun, and i quote: "Thanks for your message and interest in Nengun. KG4900 is for the full set of floor mats, while KG4911 is only the Driver's Floor Mat. FR, RH means Front Right Hand Side. All the Full Set options are now discontinued. However, the Driver's Floor Mat options are still available according to the latest information available to us. We do not know what the differences would be, but if you only want the one mat, we can certainly see what we can find out for you". Interesting. It seems they still have some "new old stock" that Duncan mentioned 🤔. I wonder if they can provide any photos......And i also just realized that amayama have G4900 sets. I'm tempted too.
