Rockpool burger will contain a truffle garnish. Or at least the chips will be cooked in truffle oil. I highly recommend a restaurant in Port Melbourne called The Graham, really good. truffle oil chips as starters sitting infront of the fireplace was tops.

Im sure you spend more than $96 a week in food & groceries :P

nah bout a 400 dollar shop for a month.... dont actually eat that much...

however you add cigarettes and alchohol into that.... your almost trippling it.

depends what area your talking, out here we have stuff from like low $300's so most first home buyers wouldnt spend that but anything within 15kms of the city i'd say $500k is conservative for something more than an apartment.

in terms of deposit ideally 20% to avoid mortgage insurance but most people don't have that.

Ah fair enough. I don't see the point being a mortgage slave for your first, I'm happy to play the game a bit and work my way up.

That wog upbringing haha

yeh just got to do whats affordable no point having a house you cant furnish, cant afford to go out for a meal or something got to live to! thats why my area is popular houses from 300k - 1.5mill something for everyone 22kms from the city?

anyone need a business card?

hahahah

"On a national average, mood/happiness rises with a gross household income up until that $100,000 point and then nothing further happens to it beyond that. Below that mood/happiness goes down.

I don't know mang

More money over $100k means more money on car parts which makes me happy :D

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
