voted below the line earlier. was like doing an exam: you know the answer is 97, but coudnt find where the other 5 numbers had gone... even after a few revisions and a bit of scribbling, still couldnt locate the last 2.

Lumbar puncture results are in... Not what we wanted to see and I'll probably be in hospital for another 2 weeks minimum and another 2 lumbar punctures. Pressure in my spine has dropped but is still over double what it should be and white blood cells have doubled since last lumbar puncture, where they were already too high.

Starting to really play on my mind now which is why I'm talking about it.

On the plus side my private room balls harder than jay-z's bank account so at least that's something :/

Oh and in reference to the dog vs cat discussion we had a couple years back, my dog has sat on the top of the couch looking out the window waiting for me all day and all night for the last 2 weeks.

Every. Single. Day.

Stick that in your cat and smoke it

We still can't find the cause. It's most likely to be a virus we don't have a test for yet. And there is no prevention possible.

Leading theory is I was near some asshole that sneezed and caught it that way however the virus made its way into my spine/brain somehow. This happens fairly often (meningitis) however I copped the less common meningoenciphilitis which is of course worse.

you need to do a john farnham and take the pressure down.

Clearly... I'm on altitude sickness drugs (diamox) for that and we have remove a LOT through lumbar punctures.

I dunno, I don't mind cats at all, they smell less, break less of your shit and kinda look after themselves...

Probably best not to ask Alvin, Jonoe, Tony, etc which they prefer...

What would be the rough cost of re-spraying my front bar if I remove it and disassemble my self? In northern suburbs - any suggestions?

Problem is if it's off the car, they'll have trouble color matching and blending to make it look right :/ If you don't mind, and provide them with the paint codes, I dunno maybe $3-400?

Are you capable of prepping the bar yourself? Sanding, Primer, etc? 75% of the work is in the prep...

Good point, I didn't think they'd have to really blend considering it's a different panel. I guess I'd just take the whole car in, I just don't trust some of the shops around here a)working on my car b)having access to the keys/alarm/etc for "later use" :/

    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
    • Totally equivalent. Stock often goes from the comp cover because that's where the actuator is also installed and the factory needs 2" of hose to make the connection - and it comes as a pre-assembled unit. They totally have a boost reference from somewhere between the turbo and the throttle(s). Oh, jeez. Just do it in M12 then. We don't actually care that much. I would expect any such AN converter fitting to rely on an o-ring or some other seal onto a flat surface under the flange of the hex**, because bolt threads are no intended to provide a pressure seal. unlike..... pipe threads. **which also requires a suitably flat and smooth surface on the turbo's boss to provide the seal.
