Have all you real estate agents got access to land prices in a new development?

Has it been strata titled? i.e. are the individual blocks recognised with thier own certificate of title or is it still proposed?

something i find about workshops (unless mainly in-out services) is that they never say no to work. even if they have like a queue of cars in the workshop waiting to be worked on.

i understand how a lot sort of wait on parts, or people busy working on the longer projects... but lots of places we see have like 2-5 people working and theres like 20 jobs on the go, with more coming in than they can finish.

im not saying i would do a better job managing a shop, and i understand there are quiet periods, but fark it would annoy me having people on your back about work not being started or finished yet.

Second you start turning people away word spreads real quick, or they go to your competition instead

Same deal with quoting...you can over quote to keep customer happy come bill time, but risk sending them to competitor who under quotes and ends up with a shitty customer...but who got the work

Waiting for parts is another good reason - if you only have 5 jobs in the door all waiting on parts, you have a workshop full of hot sweaty men with nothing to do, which isn't a boss' wet dream...unless the boss drives...wait for it...a pulsar

should I ask why?

I have been known to run to some training courses in the past but it really depends on what the customer is looking for

i'm going for a job that implements software and does a fair amount of training as well.. it's not really the direction I'm looking for long term but I might like it and pays decent / foot in the door..

was just asking to see how you found it?(it's medical software)

They've got a land sales office, and are already selling blocks so I'd say it's all ready to go...

value will be determined by the surrounding sales i'd imagine.... if you want to get in on the ground level I'd suggest getting Al to look into it ASAP

I don't wanna buy one, I just wanna know what they're selling for so I know what mine is worth.

I could go in there and find out, but I'm trying to avoid dealing with the sales dicks at all costs.

I don't mind training itself hell I love being center of attention.

I hate writing the training courses however. the product I deal with most I am the top guy globally for it, so everything falls to me and every training course is different as every implementation is different.

ask yourself if you got a rush from giving presentations at school that will give you an idea if you will like training.

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
