Let the Pics begin!!!!

Great to see your guys - some new - some not so new!

Thank you SO MUCH Daniel, Dave, David, Kim, Colin and Other Staff at CCS for last night's tremendous Tech Night! Plus thanks Chris and Ciaron and others for taking Pics

Learned a lot of things about battery drain, different immobiliser systems (ncl kill switches) and the recommended need to professionally install security.

Yup, great night!

I went being not too interested tbh, but the presentation Actually kept me involved! Good to know the ins and outs of different of alarm and immobiliser systems, and some of the fancy options too!

Also, keen for a tint when I get a car that requires it.

Thanks Carbon for your hospitality, and continuing to support skyline enthusiasts. :)

Thanks to all who helped organise the night, was a good insight into the products and systems available from Carbon Car Systems.

The GTR will be tinted real soon to reduce the risk of defect (6pt harnesses, fixed back seats and no interior can draw unwanted attention)

Thanks again guys.

Mark :)

Congrats and a massive thanks to Daniel and the team at Carbon Car Systems for putting on an excellent night! Many things to take away on issues like car security and window tints that boofheads like me were totally unaware of.

The presentation was slick and informative and we all really appreciated the effort that the whole CCS team went to in hosting our group. Thanks again. Also a great big thank you to Terry for organising the night for the members of SAU NSW.

Hi guys.

Glad everyone enjoyed the night. We had a great time and good to meet people. It was great to see a good turn out and we hope to see you all at more events in the future.

Sorry we didn't get to chat to everyone personally.

Any questions feel free to contact us we are here to help.

Keen to see some photos of the night. I'll see if we can grab some off Chris :)

Kind Regards.

Transponder Keys - Ordinary Keys - Key Coding

I must compliment Daniel in having a friend as a mobile locksmith.

You can go to Daniel to get your key and his friend will code it there; or ask Daniel for his name!

Less call out fee if done at CCS I believe!

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
