Is This Turbo High Flowed ?

Hi I've purchased this turbo and I've been told that it has been upgraded. Can anyone tell me if it's been high flowed or if there is a different compressor wheel or anything different with it ?

Yup. Agreed. Very large turbine, very thin compressor inlet snout. Lots of machining done there.

Yuh, I didn't look closely at the picture. But having clicked on it now, I see what you mean. Shiny bits that are the wrong shape is not a good sign.

It does looks stuffed. and the comp wheel does not match to the compressor housing profile. It needs to be re-high flowed.

The old MX6 was a great car with its turbo truck motor. It was almost like a diesel with its low end torque.
