Leroy Peterson
Anyone got experience with bed bugs? Was at a motel for 3 nights last week and have been itchy with small bites on my arms and neck for a few days now. Do they spread easy? It's hard to tell if new one have popped up over the weekend and I'm paranoid about bringing them into the house & new mattress 1 Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/458531-vic-wasteland-thread-150/page/566/#findComment-7786091 Share on other sites
emts
I encountered bed bugs once. they spread super easy so lucky I only had a small backpack as it was a overnight trip. I thew the bag in the bin once you get them they are apparently very difficult to get rid of. emts
just burn down the house and start again... http://citybugs.tamu.edu/factsheets/biting-stinging/others/ent-3012/ An exception is “Bug bombs”, or aerosol foggers. Foggers are mostly ineffective in controlling bed bugs. Because bed bugs hide in crevices and voids where aerosols do not penetrate, they are able to avoid contact with these insecticides Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/458531-vic-wasteland-thread-150/page/566/#findComment-7786129 Share on other sites

emts
issue is they attach to bags not people, so anything you have rested your bag on could have them. ie if you put your bag on the bed in hotel, then on your bed at home. Leroy Peterson
What's the difference in bites? I could be googling all this but I'm scared it's like medical results where they just state worst case scenarios. Like the time I had tonsilitis but the internet was convinced I had throat cancer. This is a great page for images btw. Odium
Laundramat dryers, super high heat everything. See if you can find someone you trust to hit "Stop" and open the door after you've been in the dryer for 15 minutes... if paying a crackhead to do it, make sure you pay them AFTER they've let you out. Learn from my mistakes, young one. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/458531-vic-wasteland-thread-150/page/566/#findComment-7786197 Share on other sites
