Fingers crossed for ya Troy, dicksons new thing is getting a different inspector the second or third time around and they deside to look for more that was missed on intial inspection to out do the other inspector and big note themselves, kind of a "so and so missed this and this, I have to do his job because he can't do it properly". Happened to 2 mates in the last few months.

if its a reinspection within the 30 days of the initial inspection they can not add more to the list, only check what was failed before, outside of that 30 days you are free game.

This is interesting I guess Troy can shed light on how he got done 2x?

Incorrect, they have a "do what I want and get away with it" stamp, I've done inspections and let stuff like tint slide by 2% and the car has then gone to Dickson for an ID check and they have crossed over my pass stamp and failed the car and edited my inspection slip and failed for tint and headlight aim... When it was just there for an "ID check".....

I have here the first ever commercially avaliable "Clapper" light switch! :D

Patent Pending.

It simply replaces an existing light switch so you can clap the lights on and off from the comfort of the couch! I've got a batch of 10 ready to solder up.

Richard. I'm off to the coast on sunday, but I'll have 2 ready for you if you want to pick them up tomorrow (saturday)?

Good question Zebdrew, maybe when the sun and warmth comes back out to play.

Yeah that's a good point lol

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
