  1. I've used billet gears, I don't recommend it. Just get a Nitto pump from the get go, a big sump, don't get Bosch 2000/2200cc (they're CNG junk), convert to DBW. Also 400kW rear wheel won't last too long with a R33 RB25DET motor, I would aim about 350kW for longevity.
  2. Inner hoon coming out Rolling Anti-lag demo That's right 8600rpm rev limiter in a RB25
  3. Funny enough I did not log any data, ironically I even have a datalog button too! There is a minimum oil pressure requirement of 2 bar past 3k rpm. No dash lights, no power cut so must have been fine lol.
  4. haha she saw it, she's glad the car didn't come home on a tilt tray LOL. I'll cut up the hoon clips in a bit, it's kind of boring as you don't get the out of car perspective. It's suction cupped onto the interior dome light lens LOL
  5. Dose video and trying to break traction in a car setup for grip. Had one person ask how on earth I had all this grip. (I'm the car being recorded for anyone wondering lol).
  6. Just make sure you that decat pipe is sealed well to the front pipe and you'll have no issues. Just your reading during transient throttle might be a tiny bit delayed however if fed back to the ECU it's ignored anyway during transient events.
  7. It's nearly done, what you talking about? A few more nuts and bolts and you're ready lol.
  8. Just Send It lol... Now you can understand why I constantly break things lol.. Definitely great putting the face to the name! I was surprised there were like only like 5 or 6 cars during the times sessions. I didn't pick up my transponder (wasn't told where) hence I just used Race Chrono instead. Haha.. M3 would have done the entire event with 1x tank of fuel. I smashed 1.5 tanks yesterday lol.
  9. Managed 224km/h down the mainstraight, could have went faster but I'm no Max Verstappen going into turn 1. Was a great experience feeling the mechanical grip of the car and the Hankook RS-4. For a "street" tyre they sure damn grip. Some data from Race Chrono
  10. You didn't reply or call I'm coming now! Next time bro! Not a bad event, just needs more timed sessions in between.
  11. Car did not blow up, did find that I dropped the o-ring off the oil cap so there's now a nice oil mist all over the engine bay lol. Last cruise session, banged the limiter quite a bit in 2nd then spat a PS belt. Drove car home, I think it was a successful night? @r32-25t stalker photo below Managed to do a 2m2s lap on the GP Circuit too inbetween the cruise sessions. Overall, successful day and bumped into a few other SAU members. Over all I think I hate the car less, it's still a croc of shit but not going to lie did giggle a bit 😂 Btw... Rolling antilag is great fun, everyone needs it.
  12. Rather a Porsche 911 GT3 RS for that money. Sure it might be slower than that GT-R (after it's had the twins thrown into the trash) down the main straight but meh.
  13. Wakefield Park or pockets lined by developers? But the latter would only work if there's demand to live in the area. Let's be honest, not many would want to live in Goulburn if there's no race track. So save Wakefield.
  14. You're alive! And congrats on your first skid lol. Umm... if you're bored have a look at my build thread OR IG https://www.instagram.com/nhbautomotive/ ... a lot has happened in 3 years
  15. I've got the missus' Tiguan for that, although warranty runs out next July lol... Might be scary driving around in a VW without warranty.
  16. Go wash your potty mouth out with soap. BMW would be superb, it will be stock and I will enjoy my life not constantly fixing shit.
  17. I want a modern fast car, but my autistic brain will end up with a brand new loom lol. Like how I said I will never need a built motor or more than 350kW.
  18. Initially I had the loom running high up, against the strut tower where the OEM PS reservoir is. When the Birrong guys put together the engine bay, and dropped the new motor in they ran the loom in the OEM location with clips and all (not wrong or anything, also probably for them there's no issue too, as most of their customers are drag racers). The electrical issues only presented themselves after a track day at Luddenham where the loom was exposed to high heat for 10 or more minutes at a time, instead of a whole 10 to 12 seconds.
  19. Fk I hate this car... Was trying to figure out why the stupid ABS wasn't working, even though a new relay went in. Worked out how to put the ABS unit into diagnostic mode and it came up with code 26, LHS wheel speed sensor short circuit. So sure, let's take off the sensor, give it a clean and trace the wiring back.... FML... Found a molten pile of loom lol... When the motor and bay was stripped and put back together, the loom was run via the OEM location and points. This is incredibly close to where my the gate is. Normal street use, (drag use which it never sees) the loom would have been fine, but on the track it was game over. Explains why the ABS and tacho all died within hours of each other lol. Anyhow, wasted 3 hours stripping it back, crimping on new wires, heat shrinking, etc. Will fleece tape the piece of shit and route the loom differently to avoid this same shit storm again. Buy a Nissan and mod it they reckon 🥲
  20. LOL... Hmmm... does it start with H and end with e?
