  1. It will be intersting to see the results with the speed sensor, considering it's on the side of a 3.0.
  2. Didn't Paul Deimar and Andrew Hawkins do a back to back on CRD's dyno? There was 2 KW in it.
  3. Why not just get a new set of -5's? They're is only a bee's dick of difference (not really worth writing home about), brand new and no risk.
  4. A second hand PFC and a set of Nismo AFM's is the best bit of $1,500. A decent ECU like a G4 is only a few hundred more. It's a no brainer. You get a car that drives so much nicer and is crisper under the foot.
  5. $2k for a G4, installed and tuned? I'll take 10!
  6. Plus one for driving better with the newer ECU's. It's night and day!
  7. 700 rpm is night and day. 200 rpm is heaps!!! Area under the curve just makes the car so much nicer to drive!
  8. Haha!! It's safe... In a garage
  9. Rail is the same and the reg is the same. Save yourself a brain spasm and just buy some I'd 1000's or equivalent and be done with it. Get a proper ECU to boot too.
  10. They need a bigger rear. Too much cold side to not enough hot side.
  11. OEM FTW. Realistically, what are you going to gain by going thermo's?
  12. Bags the VCT. $50.
  13. More front end grip! Hurry up will ya, Pete!
  14. Make sure you film it so we can have a laugh. My god. Grow up.
  15. That's a set of monster cams! Woah!
  16. Why in the world did you delete VCT?
  17. Didn't brighty have a set on his R32 at one stage? Took 5300 or 5700 RPM to reach target boost (which I thought was mid 20's IIRC). That's on a 2.6.

  19. ^^ open a photobucket account, upload it to there and copy the link.
  20. No excuse today. Put a sensor and a real/decent #not a Power FC ECU in it and have the range/ability to do whatever you want. It really isn't that expensive.
  21. Geoff. The 8374 and the 9180, are they the same size housings with different sized wheels? Have you got a side by side comparison? A 8374 is a bloody huge turbo, physically speaking.
  22. Got a curve??? What EFR? Engine? Comp? Specssssssss!!!
  23. So much effort and cost. Just flog it into the ground and buy another wrecker.
  24. T51's belong in the bin. The poofy gay sound is "fabulous".... Turbo tech has moved on in the last 15 years. How those things are even considered as an option today is beyond me.
  25. I'm surprised you're running the old nugget FC, Ian. Time to upgrade that .
