  1. not if you sent it on 18/3....I got a blank fax that day I haven't got something from you back to the start of March, should I check earlier? 02 8915 1645
  2. god I hope you drive better than you post! We haven't posted up the track day but don't let that stop you booking the date in....its perfect for first timers
  3. bubba you are distracting me again... anyway....I've dropped a motor off a 1 leg stand too....cracked the harmonic balancer and bent the crank
  4. bonkers!
  5. I'd be very surprised if they are correct about Re55 being not being legal for street use. They have been around for about 5 years and used extensively on the road by track people in that time. Also, CAMS define non slick tyres like "semi slicks" as being "DOT approved", and re55s are on that list.
  6. yeah I've just put S2 leather /lectric seats in mine. and tv/dvd/screen/cruise control/gps/car kit, thats about it internally
  7. top place for a track, and there would probably be no neighbours for miles due to possible subsidence too
  8. sure....but as Duncan said "Racing is life, anything before or after is money and bleeding knuckles trying to get it working again"
  9. yeah get one rated to more than just the basic this style: not this style: these motors are damn long and damn heavy. and make sure you've got good bolts with plenty of thread to connect the motor to the stand
  10. didn't know you had a s14???
  11. sorry guys link is back up now. I must be hosting too much pr0n because its full.
  12. good to hear it was simple. why was it not sitting right?
  13. I think its simple. If you have the money and are comitted you should definately go the seperate track car. If you don't have much to spend on track stuff (think $10k per year) take whatever car you have to the track. BUT DON'T MODIFY IT! or at least just do brakes and suspension....don't spend a cent on making more power....
  14. pretty sure its 17mm. the hex under the sensor not the pic
  15. simple question.....simple answer
  16. a manual gearstick and it often has an rb26 in the boot
  17. my particular plenum has quite long runners for greddy style....but I can't make any comment about response because I did the 3l block at the same time.... considered running no bov like me? it makes a very childish noise which makes me giggle
  18. was that haiku tangles?
  19. If you mean the ksport/d2/g4 8 piston 330mm rotor sets, that is what I have one my S1 and there were no problems bolting it up except the m12 bolts instead of m14 bolts. I used a 32 GTR kit. The 34 stagea mounting points are the same as 33/34 skyline and a whole bunch of other nissans. And the only difference to r32/s14/s15 etc is the bolt size. 35 on the other hand seems to have a different disc offset like z33 and v35.
  20. bad news for all those emo Xs
  21. its hard to tell without more context or the story from the other side.....but if that is even half true it is disgusting. there are few enough motorsport events available, any company low enough to head to the courts to stop a competitor's event will never get my entry fee.
  22. block most likely....everyone I've ever looked at has a little rust in the galleries.
  23. good work Adrian, car looked nice and straight too. I see you haven't forgotten how to do a burnout either
  24. btw....that race *was* boring. still no overtaking. all that happened is 2 cars that were 1 sec a lap caught 2 slower cars and could not get past. great spectacle they must be so proud!
  25. man....webber is the quickest vehicle to go backwards since the french tanks! and shaun....you are on drugs....button's win was lucky not masterful, and webber's hit on hamilton was just back luck afer homo stuffed it. yes there are lots of one eye-d fans on here but you are making ferrari fans sound sensible and reasonable!
