Hey guys, currently I’m running an s14 diff in my 34 skyline (don’t ask why) it came that way ? from my understanding it’s roughly the same as all S chassis and R chassis run r200s. Mine however is starting to slip and isn’t locking the way it should so there are definitely some teeth missing and she’s abit worn out. What’s the best plan of action here is what I’m trying to get at ? Should I rip the whole rear end out and convert back to stock gtt rear end or should I get the s14 one fixed. If so where is a good reliable place to take it to?? any help would me much appreciated. Jake

Hey guys, New to the forum after purchasing an R34 Gt-t. Im hearing some clunking noises coming from the back, so upon further inspection I can see a fair bit of oil and grime primarily around the LHS flange coming out of the diff. The teeth on the outside of the flange seem more worn down compared to the RHS. How do I diagnose if I just have to replace the whole diff, the flange itself or even just seal? Like I said there is a real solid clunk when taking corners, is at its worst at low speed and with a little on the throttle. Could this mean a new diff would be in order? Any advice is appreciated! Hey guys, Pulled my diff apart today which is a standard viscous LSD to put some shims in. I noticed the right side shim which is 0.8mm has worn and is pitted and warped, the left side isn't as bad and is 1.4mm. When i went to pull the centre out i didn't have to force it much to get it out, so I'm thinking of changing the bearings as well. The diff felt pretty good before i pulled it apart and i was happy with the backlash. I have read most people are putting in a 0.8mm shim each side on top of the original shim, this seems like a lot of shimming but i just want to here peoples thoughts. Cheers

Cusco RS 1.5way centre in a r200 housing out of a r33 gtst 4.11 gears 5 bolt shafts and hubs to suit. Shafts are freshly rebuilt After $1200 for it all. Not negotiable. No swaps.

Can anyone tell me by looking at the photo what type of differential is inside this casing? I need it to be LSD and 4.111. I have been told by the seller that is from an R33. As you can see from the picture it has 5 bolt axles and 4 bolt drive shaft. Does the part number on top mean anything or is manually checking the only way to know (i have to drive 2 hours, so would prefer to know before i drive 4hrs round trip and it not be what im looking for).

Hi guys I'm having a diff clearance to go GTR rear. Hence I am negotiable on prices and will look for trade or swap on GTR rear axles, hubs, diff, diff centres, half shafts etc. Ideally chasing a GTS4 4.375 diff. 1 x 4.636 - R200 Kazz 2-way. Shimmed super tight and professionally assembled in Melbourne by previous owner. In good condition and never had any issues. 5 x 1 and Non ABS. - $900 1 x 4.9 - R200. This is only a weldy, but has been properly welded and assembled. 5 x 1 and Non ABS - $800 As everyone knows these ratios are super hard to get and the price of the 4.9 reflects the going rate for just 4.9 crown wheel and pinions. Willing to post and have nothing to hide, I have both 4 and 2 bolt rear hats, so can sell with either. Location - Launceston, Tasmania. But postage is no issue and looks to be around $100 for VIC/NSW Pictures on request, but honestly these are diffs guys. Thanks Brodie Maher

Have an r34 Torsen diff with approx 105k's on it. Took out of my car as replaced with a Cusco 1.5way to use for drifting. I have rubber mounts for the diff which still appear to be in good condition (no cracking ect.) but also have solid diff mounts (brand new) to suit any r200 diff I can sell with the diff. I am looking for $400ono for the diff including housing Looking for $60ono for the solid diff mounts Will do together for $440 ono. I am located Southside Brisbane. Could possible post but will be rather expensive the diff feels to be around 30kgs

Selling a cusco type MZ, 3.69 ratio. Came off an s15. No whines or knocks. Switchable between 1 way, 1.5 and 2 way. (i think its currently on 2 way) Can change the clutch plate lock settings too.
