well I wont be training to compete due to the defibrillator in my chest :P

more for cardio and well fun.

ultimate goal is round 80kg with a decent amount of muscle and around 10-15% bodyfat. Just nice and healthy.

I am thinking I'll give this a go (not so much the 3-6000 calories a day part or a gallon of milk a day, but a decent amount of food) when I am back from holidays. Might be a good way to get back into training and I'll go from there.

You have a lot of energy. I know steaks aren't hard to make but I'm already sick of eating more, and it's no where near you!

I have this weird protein shake, vanilla flavoured. Smells like vanilla cinnamon, tastes amazing with milk + banana but absolute tripe on it's own or with water. They all seem to have their own personality >.>

LOL Charlie I know exactly what you mean!! I've had a couple that just don't make sense like that :(

But oh god is this steak good. If you like your steaks rare, you'd be all over this beast....but it's like 874g LOL...not sure I SHOULD eat it all in one go

Mmmm I love rare stekes. Do you like Japanese? They have a dish called Gyu Tataki and this place in Russel Street serves it awesome. Basically raw beef lightly seared, served with garlic, spring onion and soy flavoured sauce with an egg yolk on top. Sooooooo good.

Just eat in one bite man. You'll be fiiiiine. Oh, and take a pic while doing it plskthx.

lol perhaps I should have worded that as "one sitting"...too late now though, steak all gone :D

That dish sounds pretty damn awesome....shame I'm in Canberra :P maybe will give it a shot when I'm next in Melbourne, February I believe (though doubt I'll have time due to bucks partay lol)

I see what you did there.

If I had it my way, I'd still be doing pronated...I'm just that OCD...but after a session of pull exercises I can't lock out anything over 140kg. Reluctantly gave the mixed a go and for the first time my back gave out before the grip. Should allow me to raise the bar a bit.

    • Perhaps the answer is... more jacks!* *proper jacks must be used.
    • I NEVER think about using a scissor jack unless there is absolutely no other alternative. f**king things are dangerous, annoying and stupid.
    • Yeah I've had too many issues with knock off's on the BMW's. I don't want to do a job twice or more because the parts are shit.
    • I read this and thought "ah! I will do this scissor jack on the tow point thing!" I just use my floor/low profile/costco jack and lift the car up by the tow hook itself, then slide jack stands under. Never thought about using scissor into floor jack combo :p
    • Well, my new WMI system took much longer to finalize. I actually missed my dyno appointment last Friday and lost my 150$ deposit. I'll be going back in the next week or two.  To sum it up. I only kept the AEM tank from my old setup. I replaced the AEM pump with a higher flow/pressure ProMeth 30GPH pump. I also swapped over to a 6AN low pressure feed line to the pump from the tank. There's also a pressure switch you cannot see on the pump high pressure line.    This is feeding 6x 200CC direct port nozzles and 1x 500CC Pre Throttle body nozzle. All fittings are Swagelok, because well why not. I also have a 300PSI pressure sensor up front.    I now have my Haltech ECU controlling everything. I start my pump with a basic relay at 5PSI and deadhead it. I then PWM a 3000CC methanol Injector to control flow starting around 10psi. The pressure switch in the trunk, along with my tank level are safeties before I ever get to 10PSI, and then I use my pressure sensor upfront as a secondary safety to cut the WMI and corrections in case the injector blocks or a line ruptures.  Wish me luck on the dyno!
