Great result mate from a 6262 frame. If you can rebuild / modify Precisions I'll definitely keep that in mind 👍

Quick product range update. Externally gated and externally gated plumb back rear housings are now available in a kit with turbosmart 45mm gate. They are good for sub 700whp applications, can work with all Garrett GT30/35 series cores as well as all Hypergear's High flows and ATR series. PM for details if interested.

Updating result. ATR45SS-0 Ball bearing turbo on a Rb25det Neo motor with stock cams and built buttom end. Car made a super responsive 512rwkws plumbed back @ 32psi,  and 500rwkws externally gated @ 28psi.

Reconditioned head with Kelford Valve springs

Tuned at Chequeredtuning
Final result of a responsive 455rwkws @ 26psi maxing out onboard map sensor

Another result to share. This one is with our new ATR45SS2-RB26 version in T4 .82 rear on an R33 GTST Rb25det motor. This turbochargers uses one of our custom made turbine wheel that worked extremely well, and I'm truely amazed of how well factory RB25det stock cams are capable of. Final result of 1011rwhp @ 37psi with Nos or 850rwhp without.

Performance valve springs

2400cc Fuel Injectors
2x 520L fuel pump

HyperGear ATR45SS2-RB26 Turbocharger in T4 .82 rear
All work done and tuned by CPG
Final result of 635rwkws / 754rwkws @ 37psi with Nos.

Update results. This time a high flow of a R34 GTT's OP6 turbocharger. Turbo's running our SS2 profile with custom 4 inches front housing, externally gated on E85 fuel. Car's got a stock RB25DE Neo that made astonishing 411rwkws. Thats the highest I've seen out a NA+T so far.

Hi Tao,

love the work with the turbos. I’ve always been keen to get one of your turbos on my car!

im currently building my 33 (unopened RB25) and I’m after a really nice responsive turbo for around the 280-300(ish)kw range. I have been keeping an eye on the ATR43G3SAT but I know you are constantly developing your products, so keen to get your thoughts?

i would also look to purchase with the externally gated plumb back kit you have recently released also.

S2 head just made 635rwkws on E85 and 754rwkws on Nos. Neo head the highest so far was 570rwkws, I don't think its maxed, probably 650rwkws to a point that it won't be making any more power. Those are using stock cams with head studs.

Nope, I got paid $10G back in the days for development. We had 3 good working prototypes, the best one ended up made 6.5psi of boost on a standard 14V battery. Client took the samples and that was it. With the latest brushless motors today, I should be able to do way better then that, perhaps when more spare time is available.

First proper results from our new test rig. Car made 400rwkws @ 20psi so far with boost control issues to sort. Build specs are:

Following the current externally gated version ATR43SS-2 dated from June this year. Some modifications have made for them working internally gated as a Rb25det bolton upgrade. Finally got the car on dyno today and It pulled a pretty impressive 346rwkws internally gated on E85 fuel.

R34 GTT, stock engine, usual intake, cooler, and 3 inches turbo back exhaust with 100 cell cat. Boost pressure held at steady 22psi all the way across and plenty of power through out rev range.
