Judging by your pics and above GTR, in which the rears have heaps of camber... I'd say a 10 or 20mm spacer

Your wheels stick out a further 3mm... .5 inch is ~12mm which means 6mm further out o either side of the rim and the +12 would minus 3mm from your +15 making it on 3mm further out

That GTR must be running spacers or little to no camber

True that. My math fail didn't take into account either side of rim
