You answer your own question the h has a bigger turbine wheel I had the td06h-20g on my 20 and was seeing full boost at 4200 18psi so it's only a few rpm if you want bigger numbers

Not really. Ill word it better this time lol.

In terms of 350KW going the 12CM housings on the TD06SH 25G and the T67 25G both can do it but would the TD06SH bigger wheel (more lag) would it be worth it for the extra power it make. As if it makes say 15more HP with much more lag then it wouldnt be worth it?

But i cant find much info comparing the 2 or in 12cm housings, so im just asking opinions.

If you were looking for a easy 350KW on 98 would it be better to go as TD06SH 25G 12cm or T67 25G 12cm?

Is that a fair statement? An easy 350rwkws on 98? I suspect it would take 20-22psi on a well tuned RB25 to make that power....I still go by Dyno Dynamics numbers...I dont know if that makes a difference but I think you can say the T67 and TD06H-25G will both make an easy 310rwkws at 16-17psi. The "H" version may make in the vicinity of up to 10-15rwks more?

I am not sure that going to a bigger exhaust housing will also give you significantly more power as the 10cm doesnt appear to be a restriction. Agree that if you went from a restrictive housing to a more free flowing housing you would bet results.

I suppose I am a bit of a scratched record but think we should all be careful about throwing numbers around, especially numbers that may be a little high

The td06 is a good turbo fairly responsive yet gives good top end the td06h-25g is bigger then the t67

Well I noticed one of the guys is making 400+ kw off his t67 and my aim is around 300-350. So maybe I need to look at the 20G instead of the 25G?

Simon's car is an animal and makes whatever power it does...its a big number because the thing runs 11 flat on the quarter and blitzes around race tracks. He has various dyno sheets from various shops where the car has been run. He runs a 50:50 E85 mix, so that helps with power, but still not a full E85 tune (is there much difference in outright power? I got no idea...but I know its helping his power over std 98)

I think it was a dynapak that put it at 410rwkws. A dyno dynamics put it at 480rwhp (or 360rwkws)...so as BSA GTScoT and others have been saying...do your own research and look at other sources rather then just SAU. If you want 350rwkws from an RB25 I think you need to push a 25G based turbo.

the way I see it, the last thing the h wheel will do is add power anywhere in the band. What it will do is add a little more scope to the compressors maximum flow.

Simon has already noted that his compressor has maxed out before the hotside, what more do you need?

that being said its no science to see the h wheel will be application specific. For example if i wanted blitzing 350kw and i put a t67 on a bad ass rb34 but the thing maxed out at 5500rpm, i would know the restriction was in the hotside. I would then try move to a larger housing, and if that did not yield the result inwas after I would then move to a h optioned unit.

Obviously the idea is bring the thing on later and keep it on longer. It would be trial and error between 10cm H or 12cm L2 in my eyes.

And again Simon is reving his to 8 with no sign of turbine cap. Now lets all forget about the h turbine until someone builds that bad ass rb34 i mentioned.

Roy is pretty much spot on here... 410kw at the hubs on a happy hub dynapak 360rwkw on a dyno dynamics roller.

My mix has a huge advantage over a 98 tune. It probably would not make any extra power with E85 as we can wind as much timing as we want in without detonation as it is

I think it may be maxed out, don't know that for sure... May be another issue, either way I don't really need any more power

In saying that, I may be going from Nistune to Vipec and dropping some cams in soon... Someone stop me FFS

24-25psi and that would the least amount in that turbo sizing..

Why the change from Nistune to Vipec? I Interested to know what cams you are looking at as well. I would be tempted to stick with the std inelt cam and go baby 256 exhaust cam

Remove the AFM from the equation... The Z32 is out of its depth already and makes the cooler piping a lot better!

Cams would most likely be a set of poncams.

    • I can ship Nismo floor mats to you: https://www.oemsoko.co.jp/products/nismo-floor-mats-for-skyline-r33-bcnr33-stagea-wgnc34?_pos=1&_sid=9278c1467&_ss=r
    • Here's the link: https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/nissan-japan/stagea/wgnc34/6642/misc/G49?frame_no=WGNC34-137122 What you think about it? The same product i found on nengun: https://www.nengun.com/oem/parts/40567/MiPwn5qAMfCfmpxHNDnwn5q9MDAx8J-QiW9sZC1qcC0xMTAtRzQ5LS0wMDE/Floor+Carpet+%2F+Mat+2/0688339eba149c19 Bot i have spoken to 😅 ensured me, that mats are 100% original, oem product. I have my doubts. I also heard what you mentioned, that nengun often offers items that are actual not available... On the other hand mats i found on japanese yahoo or ebay are in poor condition and still quite expensive so i'd rather wait for some better offers. My location - Poland. We literaly don't have ANY market for used Stagea parts so need to search outside Europe.
    • You can’t see much on the other side as the lcd is there I don’t think it’s the same as the m33 beside it as the markings on top is not the same was hoping someone had a good quality photo or if they just happened to have the unit in hand, quickly take the cover off and take a photo to clearly show the marking on top to identify the diode   the unit is currently with an electronics repair shop so I can’t take another photo at the moment hopefully they are smart enough to know if it’s a zener diode or not
    • I'd be very surprised if you can buy new OEM mats. But if you can, I want some too!  Do you have links to the variations you found? Also, where are you located? I found that Nengun is happy to list items to purchase but when you do buy them you'll get an email that it's actually discontinued. As far as I know the variations in floor mats are different colour schemes as well as automatic and manual having a slightly different shape. The automatic ones fit into a manual car without issues, but I think you'd have trouble fitting the other way around. I have photos that show the shape difference if you care. FWIW I bought sets of used floor mats in decent condition at yahoo auctions.
    • Hi 🙋‍♂️. Just bought my Unicorn but the interior need some minor work so it would match my expectations ;). I noticed it is hard to get used oem floor mats in good condition so i started to dig if there's any chance to buy set of new ones. I found two websites - nengun and amayama and it looks like one can still buy factory new floor mats in Japan, but thers a small issue. Some mats (i assume genuine, oem ones) are marked as G4900 and these are "discontinued". The ones you can buy are marked as G4911 but i have no idea if these are also oem, made by other producer or some lower quality replacements that looks entirely different. Can anyone help? 😃  P.s. there is also some strange indication - 0V005, 0V015 and 0V505. Any idea what does it mean? Would appreciate any help with this 🙏
