Counterfeit stuff cheaper in HK or bangkok

add in if you want to leave airport in China there is a visa so there more money to spend.

accom in Dubai and Abu Dhabi can be very expensive for safe good accom, (and you will have all your stuff with you)

that said like all things with airlines you get what you pay for.

and remember you will be stuck in your seat for upwards of 24 hours.

so things like:

every seat in economy on Cathay has it's own power socket

Qantas 380 has a (non alcoholic) bar where you can get drinks and snacks any time on the flight

so is the important thing

cost

stopover

comfort on flight

Martin, thanks for the reply, you raised some valid points.

Have you (or anyone) been in Qatar airlines? Prices are reasonable also the flight time including stop overs.

The power socket on Cathay Pacfic sounds so handy for me... Need to find out the cost for this flight.

No idea, I went on there to post in some thread ,... couldnt do it checked some shit apparently I've been banned from posting ... hahahaha I usually get in there and make threads about drifting lavo factorys n stuff for lulz then they shut down the threads.

Welcome to 2004 - Pretty sure I had a suspension a long time ago :D

not flown them myself.

the Cathay point is great just make sure you carry a UK power adapter as that what they use.

worth checking as well is:

http://www.seatguru.com/

as it shows the size of seats and the space between them for different airlines.

also where power sockets are and seat layout.

eg qatar and Cathay have 32 inches of room between seats Qantas has 31 inch.

hmm starting to sound like a travel agent here!

Martin, many thanks once again!

Qatar - Boeing 777 only have power point in Business Class, however on Airbus A340-600 does have on all seats.

Hmm... Decisions decisions...

    • I thought it could be an issue because the standard plate was flexing when stressed. Maybe the original gear set will hold a bit better without flex? Last time on the dyno it made around 670nm at the hubs. Now it have bigger turbo and better intake but have not been on a dyno yet. The car is being used from family trips to drag race events. So the shifts can be a little violent. It is grinding if I shift to fast so was thinking I should overhaul it soon.
    • From the factory on RB26s there's a fitting on the intake manifold collector/"plenum" that provides pre-throttle boost signal. That's how they did it back in the day, I figure it's fine to replicate it.
    • I would be surprised if that wasn't the issue. It's probably telling you, that even if you remove the plastic liner, you may have some other clearance issues that may occur too in some scenarios. IE, tyre to guard. It looks like someone has already rolled the lip, but you may still have issues in the future IE, turning and hitting a bump etc. The fact it changes how bad it makes the noise when you are going backward vs forward is highly indicative that it's the tyre rubbing. They do make a terrible sound, even if you're only pushing a project car that has a liner hanging down on a tyre!   Has the car been lowered? If it has been, what is the measurement from the centre of the wheel hub to the lip of the guard straight up?

    • Mark's a bit smarter than people give him credit... He'd convince the person that is to become dead, to drive him to the forest first. That way his car has no evidence in it, and he's free to dispose of their vehicle permanently how he sees fit too...
