Friend took on the hoggs breath challenge in ballarat. 1.1kg steak. Signed the empty plate and it is on the wall now. 3rd largest steak to be consumed in the place.

Beat it Dezz?

I would rape 1.1 kg.

Time limit? Sides?

I did the 1kg challenge at outback jacks, but foolishly did it for lunch on a day when I wasn't feeling particularly hungry/good.... Smashed the 1kg steak without any hassle in about 15 minutes, leaving 15 minutes for the sides...but that's what got me...

I'd ordered the 500g rump there a few weeks before, which came with chips and coleslaw... So I assumed the 1kg rump in the challenge came with the same sides....But instead it came with around 500g of wedges and 500g of vegies...

at the end of the 30 minutes I had a few wedges left and a few veggies, so on a good day I think I could knock it over.

Hogs breath steak is even more tender so that'd make it a lot easier...Most of the time is spent chewing the steak...

Just drove from the city to Flinders to care for my horses, 1km from my house I get pulled over. Car has been defected. Bald tyres.

Could have been worse.... Much much much much much much much much worse. Cop apparently knows my family and had done the fencing on our farm when I was young so fortunately his attitude was forgiving. Stuck the defect on then took photos with his iPhone saying 'it's not every day you get to defect a Merc' I had to laugh. Phew.

I need to get back to the track :(

Funniest shit I've seen in ages man. Could not stop laughing at pushbike vigilante...did you hear him ringing his bell at us lol? Was wondering where that path finished up...casually exit path onto road again ftw.

Evo driver was a little bitch; only wanted to do rollings. I think once he stopped at the lights and saw what he was taking on, he didn't bother - did he follow you down Terrara?

f**k that shit, I came up with a tatt I wanted at 16....at 30+ and still wanted the same design I went with it

small, not visible at work, and every time I see it I like it more.

So happy

that said bloody addictive, started coming up with more that I wanted the next day.

that said the one I came up with the next day I still want 3 years later, so might do it as well.

once again will be very very non visible at work.

I have a hankering to see what I can do down the 1/4 mile. I hit up calder the weekend after I got my car and never since.

was on pathetic rubber and way down on power.

any-one know what the Calder off street days are like now?

      Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.

      Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler

      Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
