full on....

I stopped washing my cars sooo long ago...

the skyline paint was f**ked when i sold it because I had not washed it from a 40c DECA and it had sunscreen all over it that I never cleaned off :/

the evo gets parked under a tree, so it really only gets washed when god does it (rain)

so. meteor shower tonight, 22nd april. true or false?

technically tmr night?

I did some hunting into this a week or so ago. I cant find any information regarding viewing from even the Southern Hemisphere let alone Australia. I am yet to look at proper aus-astrology websites but cloud cover today/tomorrow will ruin anything anyway. Had a keen eye over the cloud-radar last couple of days because been planning to hit Mt Donna Buang for some star photography (not me, a friend. I just enjoy the drive).

Ford forum sponsor has special $2000 for:

FG 6 Piston front kit @ $2000

Brembo 355mm slotted rotors

Brembo 6 piston caliper

Brembo brake pads

Goodridge braided lines

Custom alloy brackets

Tempting! Perhaps then I might do some trackdays..

Thoughts about Brembo rotors? how to they compare to DBA?

Serious?!

Brembo Rotors = Win!

Serious?!

Brembo Rotors = Win!

haha yeah alright if i decide to get them I will go for the whole brembo kit.. but i wanted a dirt bike then these came up on special :(

brakes are for pussies. real men just use more accelerator

+1, Although sometimes I get fade after a few 200km/h runs back down to 80km/h on a private track

Still need them eventually anyway if I'm getting intercooler/E85 down the track.. would be an animal to pull up!

FYP Brah....

RDA is the way to go... Brembo is crap, stick with RDA's... proven track performance.

the RDA's in my 33 had proven crack performance

lol

For like $2000 to have massive stopping power is totally worth it, I'd say.

    • Oh, also, forgot to add these photos I believe.
    • Thought i'd update on this. I was able to get in contact with Craig Lieberman and later on Darryl Alison (owner of Kaizo Industries). Darryl was able to help me verify that my car was in fact one of theirs and is helping me find more info on mine !
    • There's restrictor pills in the stock boost control hoses. That's how they set the amount that was bled off and hence the "high" boost setting. The usual mod in the day was to remove it and send the "high" boost setting up to about 14 psi.
    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
