This is flawed. For starters I already have a goal saver. Second, it's one of the best non-term deposit interest rates going around. Third, the time my money spends in the new account forgoes potential interest made in the old account. Fourth, interest is calculated daily on this account. For true compounding potential, your deposit should be made at the start of the month.

You can have two goal saver accounts brah. From the T&C's : " A maximum of two (2) GoalSaver accounts per customer can be opened. "

Also, feel free to make your account today, and keep it for the entire month to maximise interest... However my $50 is going to be > x days * 0.044 * 200 * 1/12 (not quite correct maths, but for arguments sake)

You'll have to explain this to me in real life lol. I can't see it being of benefit to anyone unless they don't already have a savings account or have one of slightly less interest!

You won't be saying that tomorrow or Friday lol

actually i'm not too bad today... I only jogged 3 km and swam like 100m :P

Doesn't this deal also require a minimum of $2k per month deposit (i.e. salary) like most of thier $50 deals

Got overtaken just then by a Hennessy R35 GTR700...sounded so sweet.

$24k for 2 x turbos's and assorted pipes.....

got followed by a copper last night... neppean hwy, sat right on my exhaust listening (it's not loud at all and I was driving all @ <3krpm)

for about 2 km, completely ignoring the new BMW 3 series with stupidly loud exhaust absolutely flogging it from every set of lights.

then sat right up my ass and changed lanes (without indicating of course) to stay behind me and followed me all the way through a side street until I turned into dan murphy's where she then cruised off way way under the speed limit.

wtf is this shit...

defecting a virtually stock import is now more important than pulling over an obviously hooning BMW that was breaking traction at every set of lights...

Even I didn't think it was THAT bad... and I hate on everytrhing!

cant wait for the EPA :/

I had a dream last night that I was sitting at a set of traffic lights in the city and someone stood in the middle of the intersection and started popping off shots at people on the sidewalk. So I ran the f**ker over and saved the day.

Then I woke up because the radio/alarm came on, and it was talking about this london shit.

On a related note, why are people in London Rioting and fighting with the police? f**king hell, any excuse over there *shakes head*

#f**kcardio :P

Nah pretty sure it doesn't from what I can gather from the T&C's... just a run-of-the-mill normal goal saver account to be opened.

    • Then, shorten them by 1cm, drop the car back down and have a visual look (or even better, use a spirit level across the wheel to see if you have less camber than before. You still want something like 1.5 for road use. Alternatively, if you have adjustable rear ride height (I assume you do if you have extreme camber wear), raise the suspension back to standard height until you can get it all aligned properly. Finally, keep in mind that wear on the inside of the tyre can be for incorrect toe, not just camber
    • I know I have to get a wheel alignment but until then I just need to bring the rear tyres in a bit they're wearing to the belt on the inside and brand new on the outside edge. I did shorten the arms a bit but got it wrong now after a few klms the Slip and VDC lights come on. I'd just like to get it to a point where I can drive for another week or two before getting an alignment. I've had to pay a lot of other stuff recently so doing it myself is my only option
    • You just need a wheel alignment after, so just set them to the same as current and drive to the shop. As there are 2 upper links it may also be worth adding adjustable upper front links at the same time; these reduce bump steer when you move the camber (note that setting those correctly takes a lot longer as you have to recheck the camber at each length of the toe arm, through a range of movement, so you could just ignore that unless the handling becomes unpredictable)
    • I got adjustable after market rear camber arm to replace the stock one's because got sick of having to buy new rear tyres every few months. Can anyone please let me know what the best adjustment length would be. I don't have the old ones anymore to get measurements. I'm guessing the stock measurement minus a few mm would do it. Please any help on replacing them would be fantastic I've watched the YouTube clips but no-one talks about how long to set the camber arm to.
    • Heh. I copied the link to the video direct, instead of the thread I mentioned. But the video is the main value content anyway. Otherwise, yes, in Europe, surely you'd be expected to buy local. Being whichever flavour of Michelin, Continental or Pirelli suits your usage model.
