^^ THIS!

Can confirm driving Euro is a slow death. Current daily is a 2001 auto astra.

Had to put this in my driveway for a day or two to remind me of what its like to drive a real car (even though its technically euro... but I guess so is a honda accord)

If it makes you feel any better, it's powered by Japan :)

haha yeah forgot about that. old had k series, then 2ZZ from corolla sportivo + supercharger, now they're running their own 3.5L V6.

best 4 cylinder setup I've driven by a mile. but I wouldn't buy one...

Actually the V6 is not a lotus motor either.

its the V6 from the TRD aurion

So an aussie developed version of a Jap motor in a euro car.

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
