Fk yeah, won a SAU nationals dvd from the FB group

I've watched it..and not to be biased or anything but I'm in it so it's the most awesome dvd I've ever bought.

unbaised

It is actually a good watch, well if u like skylines anyhow.

the background music during the track time get a bit repetitive and annoying.

and the custom import tv segment looks like was partly shot and edited on an iphone, but that's only a short bit.

the SAUVic tv section and the show and shine display are very well done.

even with Laith looking like he is having a man crush on Russ for taking him for a ride in teh r32...

Track work was well shot a bit more noise from the cars would have been better but it not like we had channel 10 out there with millions of $$ of cameras and such.

lots of cars show and each class winner got like 30 sec of footage of themselves.

but if nothing else worth it just just for the dude posing behind ash during his interview:

Lol yeah watched the SAU Nats DVD a few weeks back. Was allright

But yeah agree the Custom Imports TV segment was filmed differently... Which I found strange because there previous episodes on youtube looked good quality.

Whaddaya mean the extra 5%?

Didn't you say you can claim something like 75% up to $3750 without receipts?

I've done like 1100kms for work since I started the log on the 21st of Feb, and only about 200kms not related to work/carrying tools, so after 12 weeks it should be something like 6000kms for work, ~1200kms personal...

    • Possibly avoid using a Cometic one unless the deck/head surface are perfectly flat. I did have a look just then and forgiving gaskets such as Tomei or Nitto don't exist for the FJ20, however the Bar-Tek or Kameari ones look good and might do the trick.
    • Because pipe threads for pipe things. M threads for bolt things. Throw some teflon sealant onto it and dust your hands off knowing you did the right thing, instead of going twice around the block to achieve a result using the wrong things. Of course, all of these solutions are ignoring the fact that the minimum thread pitch we're talking about here is 1.25mm, with the 1/4" in NPT or BPS being out around 1.4mm. You will need to know that the boss you're tapping has enough thickness for at least a few threads. That's one of the reasons that 1/8" is commonly used - because the pitch is <1mm. And why would you look to use 1/4" NPT in a BSP country anyway? Ugh.
    • Just throwing around ideas, does it need to be in the compressor cover? Why not the hot side piping?
    • 1/8NPT drill size = 8.7mm. Since the hole got messed up by me, it’s probably around 9mm.    So 1/4” NPT would be next step. A drill size of around 11mm would be preferred there which is not way of my M12 (drill 10.5mm and tap M12 threads)
