something simple like making your own ringtones or message/alert tones and getting them to work properly on an iphone, its unnecessarily complex.

Want to grab photos/files/manage downloaded files/run a gameboy emulator and seamlessly play games with gameshark codes? so much more effort and essentially forced to have iTunes installed on every computer you plug it into.
